GPSTraining Reviews

Ive bought from them and been on a course too with them. All experiences have been first class and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Jon, I did respond to this request a few weeks ago. I also had a question for you but have never had a response.

Really great personal service and quick turnaround of an upgrade to a handheld gps device. Will definitely use again.

All good, and great after service

Personal 1:1 tuition, explaned to me in a way I understood. Also show and learn as I visited the business top purchase the item 5 stars arent enough.
Suunto Race2 was bought just a few days before I went away. I was using it perfectly on the first "adventure" of the holiday. Very happy with that

As previously stated. Very good and professional assistance and advice. I have a Garmin Montana GPS, and now have mapping of Norway.
Many Thanks

First class service from a first class company. Called GPS training to discuss purchase of a Garmin 710. Jon explained the options of the 700 series and confirmed 710 as the one to meet my needs. The 710 arrived safely the next day, all set up ready. I’ve been watching the training videos and using the ‘bot’. All superb. Brilliant service!

An excellent refresher Garmin training day on the South Downs.

Great personal service. Thank yyou

The training package was renewal was straightforward.

I recently purchased a TwoNav Terra gps device from GPS Training, after an informative phone call with Jon, and his unbiased recommendation. The unit arrived extremely promptly, and after several, unhurried calls to Jon and Andy, was set up and loaded with my gpx routes. The on line resource and training guide, is easy to use, even for me who is not overly “technical”.
I have just completed the End to End, the first cycle tour I have ever used a gps device on in over 40 years….it was brilliant, intuitive, clear to read, even when I changed the route on the fly. One, user error, was resolved, via a phone call to Andy, whilst in a pub carpark in Sunderland! Outstanding professional service, not just selling a gps, but after sales and technical support, exactly what I was after, exactly what was delivered, thank you guys.

Everything from talking to team member at GPS for advice to ordering at the same time, and receiving the Montana unit the very next day

Extremely helpful

Just a quick turnaround and im looking forward to training in usingbthe garmin device in a few weeks!

Very helpful staff, prompt delivery, and good support package, instructions very helpful too

I ordered the item one day and it arrived the next. Well packaged with lots of additional information of the product enclosed. On line tutorials included as well.

I am extremely happy with the help and service I have received from gps training, Andy and the team are very supportive and helpful when on a call with me.

Watch arrived next day. Training package came free with purchase which was very helpful to show me the features and functionality of my first gps watch. When I encountered a problem, I got through to a real person on the phone - no complicated menus or put on hold. Difficulty resolved there and then. Great service. This company would be my first choice for any gps product.

An excellent service! Everything I need to get the most out of my GPS device. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend to anyone. Complete reassurance.

Super customer service. Speedy delivery. Couldn't ask for more
