I ordered the wrong fan. They are realy good at replying when you write to them. And they sent me the right fan for free without me having to return the first one i ordered. On the first order i even gave the wrong address, but the support also fixed that without payment.

Bought 3 replacement fans for my MSI 4080. But 1 was faulty. After an email they send a replacement free of charge.

I was looking for a Sapphire Nitro 7900XTX GPU shroud without fans which was very hard to find. I was able to find one on gpufanreplacement.com but the listing had conflicting info. I decided to take a chance and ordered.
I ended up receiving the shroud for a Nitro+ 7800XT. After speaking with a support rep they were able to source a Nitro+ 7900 XTX shroud and shipped it to me. Support was very helpful and I would 100% recommend.

J'ai reçu le ventilateur de remplacement en 1 semaine en France, j'avais besoin de changer un ventilateur de ma CG Radeon RX 6600 Mech. Le nouveau ventilateur est installé actuellement sur mon pc et tout fonctionne bien, le ventilateur était exactement pareille et la qualité semblait bonne ! si j'ai un problème à un moment avec le ventilateur de remplacement je changerai mon avis mais pour le moment rien à signaler.
My GPU has several styles of fans available and NOT interchangable. I chatted with an Albanian support person. Excellent English and communication skills. They id'd the correct version, I ordered with fast shipping. They said it would only add one day, so they refunded the overage. Should arrive in 5 days from China. Makes saving old GPU's a great thing. KN

Shipping took longer than estimated. One of the fan cables was too short to fit the orginial configuration, had to rearrange the fans to be able to plug 2 of the fans in on my palit 3090 gp oc

Ordered a triple set for my RX 5700 XT Sapphire Nitro, 1 of the 3 fans turned out defective.
I emailed the site about it and talked in their chat in their website, and the very next day they shipped 2 extra fans free of charge!!!
The fans are authentic as well, it's just a shame that 1 of the first 3 fans I ordered was defective, but that's a common issue with Sapphire fans as far as I'm aware.
I will definitely be ordering again in the future if I ever require their services.
