I completed a 60 minute online discussion weeks ago and was promised a £14 payment via PayPal within 2 weeks of completion. I didn't receive the payment so I emailed them and they keep making up excuses to pay me. Apparently there was a delay and now there is a so called technical issue that they are fixing. Wouldn't do surveys for them if I were You because it will be stressful contacting them for Your payment and the chances are You won't even receive it....... still haven't received the payment

I was wrong about this company.They do pay.I received my payment today.I deleted the old review and am putting a new one up.I want to apoligize to JTN for the bad reveiw.

Nu merita nici o stea... Aștept plata de mai bine de 3 luni.. imediat se îndeplinesc 4 luni . Nu răspund la emailuri.. durează mult sa aduni punctele.. și în sfârșit când le-am adunat,nu plăteasc.. rușine

The comments regarding this company are quite controversial. I am rating them that way as it has been over 2 months and I am still waiting for my payment. I sent them 2 emails already but I never got an answer. They do not have a chat service or a phone to contact them directly, but this should not be needed; they just had to fulfill the payment as promised. I am really hoping they gonna send that money. I don't want to realize that I just wasted so many hours completing surveys.

The survey I completed was really good and innovative. I enjoyed it. But as soon as it was finished, I received no confirmation or anything that explained what happens next. When I emailed to enquire about the incentive payment that was agreed, I got no reply. No idea if this is legit or not but I am very annoyed as I am a mother of a baby and dont have loads of spare time to waste so they should honour the agreement!

I was invited to participate in a survey that took an hour and I would get paid $20 and I never received my money. I sent them numerous emails without one response yet I'm very doubtful I'll get the money and this is a huge SCAM!!!

Is a scam. This site do not pay.

Can't fault the company, answered my questions and helpful customer service. Paid within the time, as promised. The bad reviews here seem to be a rare occasion.

Niestety po 9 dniach, pisaniu maili, początkowo, przepraszali, że system nawalił. Ale teraz już ani nie odpowiadają ani nie ma 20 eu. Godzina poświęcona i strata czasu. Zależy wam firmo na dobrej opinii, wyślijcie moje pieniądze.

Finally I received the prize !

I participated in a 90 min online session for €30 and I was scared that I wouldn’t get the money because of the comments. After a couple days I got the money and I am really happy! It was fun to do also, although some questions were kind of repeated through the survey. Would definitely join a future session :).

Was invited for a live survey (panel discussion) 90 min for 30 Euros
Helped them with their fun live survey and got fully paid as promised. It did take a few days but I recieved it after the following weekend

You have to gather 1000 pts in order to redeem them for 25€, a process that takes about 8+ months to accomplish. They pay you via Paypal and Skrill. They take a long time to do so, from 2-4+ months, but they always paid me so far. Also, you get all the amount of money they promise you, with no reductions from transfering through paypal like other panels do, so that's a plus. If you are looking for pocket money, they are great.

I haven't received my rewards after completing the surveys

Participated in a panel discussion today at 1800 hrs to 1900 hrs for a reward of 25$ the payment hit my PayPal Acc at 22.50 Hrs . There has been a lot negatives re JTN on TRUST PILOT but in my experience today as outlined JTN have been exemplary in delivering on their commitment as such I would recommend them and dispel any past negative reviews I hope to continue as a panelist on their projects as required
