I recently completed the Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) training with Grab Agile, and it was a very positive experience. The course was well-organized, easy to follow, and I was engaged throughout the entire class time.

Bonsy Yelsangi was a great instructor—she kept the class interactive and engaging. Her ability to explain concepts clearly and relate them to real-world scenarios made the material much more impactful and easier to retain.

Grab Agile does a great job fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment. The interactive exercises and group work were helpful. It’s a high-quality course and a great investment for anyone pursuing their CSM certification.

Bonsy Yelsangi is an incredible teacher who made the experience fun and interactive. I felt engaged in the activities and retained the knowledge as we went along. Well planned and taught.

Well-designed course with a skilled instructor.

I'll be honest — I walked in skeptical. GrabAgile offers CSM training nearly every weekend, and I couldn't help but wonder: how many people could possibly be in any given session when they run this frequently? Turns out, plenty — and that was my first pleasant surprise. Our cohort had 10-15 active participants, which made for genuinely dynamic discussions and group activities throughout the two days.

The pacing was exactly right — steady without ever feeling rushed or draggy — and what really stood out was that our instructor, Bonsy, didn't just teach Scrum methodology, she modeled it. Burndown charts, kanban methods, structured check-ins — she used the frameworks she was teaching us in real time. That kind of meta-awareness is rare and made the content land differently.

I'll admit I had low-key dreaded 16 hours of instructor-led training over a full weekend. GrabAgile made it work — breakout rooms for group activities, video breaks to reset attention, and a physical workbook to follow along and take notes kept the format from ever feeling like a slog. Bonsy was a skilled facilitator who clearly knows the difference between presenting slides and actually teaching — she checked for understanding consistently and kept the room engaged from start to finish.

The Kahoot! session near the end was a simple touch that worked perfectly — a low-stakes, genuinely fun way to pressure-test your comprehension before the real exam.

I walked into the final exam feeling prepared. I walked out with my CSM — and it's already on my LinkedIn. If I pursue further certifications, GrabAgile is my first call. Highly recommend.

Great instructor and good hands-on labs completed with team members.

When I first signed up for the course, I had concerns that, since I already had significant real world experience with Agile Scrum, there would be nothing new to me. But I was wrong: the hands-on learning approach, and the great diversity of backgrounds and levels of experience between my fellow students, was extremely helpful in broadening my definitions of where and how Scrum could be applied, how to implement best practices, and how people from different industries view product ownership.
Brad was a terrific instructor, highly engaged and well organized, offering guidance and insights for our project team and responding quickly to feedback and questions.
I’d also like to give a shout out to the support team, who managed to reschedule our class on very short notice when the original instructor became unavailable.

Engaging, informative and useful

Instructor was great, email system is not. Got lots of spam email and communication regarding rescheduling was rough.

The training was very insightful and interactive. Topics covered practical and real-life situations. The sessions included small group discussions, which I enjoyed and found very helpful.

The CSPO course exceeded my expectations. What stood out most was the authenticity of the learning experience — it didn’t feel like a passive sit-and-absorb certification. The collaborative environment pushed me to think deeper, challenge assumptions, and genuinely engage with the material alongside others who brought their own real-world perspectives. I walked away not just with a certification, but with a richer understanding of the Product Owner role that I’ve already been able to apply in my work. Highly recommend to anyone serious about growing in agile product development.

Bonsy did a fantastic job making sure the content prepared us for the test but also used real world scenarios for everyday use of the agile frame work.

GrabAgile and it's instructors are so easy to work with and they are accommodating to schedules. These guys/gals know their stuff. Overall a terrific experience!

I really enjoyed my weekend class with GrabAgile and Bonsy Yelsangi. Everything was very well organized, and the instructions before, during, and after the course were clear and thorough. Bonsy made the class engaging and fun, and I really liked the breakout whiteboard sessions because they kept everyone involved. I’d definitely take another certification course with GrabAgile in the future!

The instructor was great! She made the class fun, interesting, and did a great job explaining everything clearly. She also got everyone involved, it flowed at a great pace, and the breaks were spaced out just enough that I was able to get up and remain focused. It was a great class!
