Terrible - complete scam. Support is non existent and all later missions don’t track. Such a joke

One of the games I opted in to get rewards from, I successfully downloaded, installed, and then I tried to open the game. It loaded fine but as soon as the new player/intro screen opened, the game immediately force closed. Even after launching the game again, it just force closed just as quickly as it opened.

The game was unplayable, and since I opted in on pc, I couldn't play it for the rewards. I had to reinstall the game to get it to load in which unlinked it from Grabtap.

I immediately contacted support and waited almost a full week before a reply came through "Is this resolved or do you still need help?"
Of course, I still needed help and rightfully said so.
3 more days go by before another reply came in that said they are not at fault for hardware issues, choose a different game.
The installation was not hardware related, as reinstallation using the exact same installer worked fine the second time.
I'm pretty sure their installer is at fault or bugged to do this so they don't have to pay out on the game.

I just wanted them to reset the connection of the game so I could play on mobile instead of pc. Having to reinstall the game made me lose the connection between my account and Grabtap so no progress would be recorded.

Opened ticket Feb 18th.
First response asking if I still need help,Feb 25th.
Second response telling me they aren't at fault for hardware issues (clearly their installation software issue not my hardware) was on Feb 28th and I haven't seen a reply to any of my additionally requests for help since.
It is now March 26th.

Great app where you can get paid for playing mobile & PC games. The customer service support option is broken, they have an AI bot that’s called Earnie that repeats itself going around in circles and even when asking to “speak to a human or Speak to customer service” nothing happens.

It’s really disappointing because grabtap used to be great when it started up but now it seems they have become complacent and rely on broken AI systems to keep up with the backlog of raised issues.

Au début, tout fonctionnait correctement : j’avais déjà utilisé des points pour obtenir des cartes-cadeaux, et je les recevais sans problème. Cela m’avait mis en confiance avec la plateforme GrabTap.

Cependant, du jour au lendemain, toutes mes demandes de récompenses ont été refusées sans aucune explication.

J’ai utilisé 212 400 points pour obtenir des cartes-cadeaux (environ 180 €), mais toutes les récompenses ont été refusées (et mes points n’ont jamais été recrédités).

Ces points demandent un investissement de temps important, ce qui rend la situation encore plus problématique. Et ne parlons pas des points que l’on peut gagner via des achats en jeu (heureusement, je n’ai déboursé que quelques euros).

Depuis le 9 janvier 2026, j’ai contacté le support à plusieurs reprises (tickets, relances, réseaux sociaux), sans recevoir la moindre réponse.

Pire encore, mes tickets sont désormais automatiquement marqués comme « résolus » sans aucun retour de leur part.

Cela fait maintenant près de 3 mois sans aucune explication ni assistance.

Expérience très décevante, aucun support réel et aucune transparence. Je déconseille fortement cette plateforme en l’état.

Grabtap is fraud and should be investigated.

I earned over $5,000 usd. I had to get tax forms and they never paid out. I still had to claim the earnings on taxes yet the company kept all of the money. They sent fake activation links for virtual visas in tje amlint of $50 each and instantly expired all links to pretend they paid out.

Avoid this at all costs. Litigation will tie you up and you'll be on the hook on taxes for money you earned but they keep. This is blatant fraud and likely illegal with the irs who is now investigating my and other claims to this process as theyre getting out of paying taxes by supposedly paying creators and creators have to pay those taxes for earnings we do not get.

Twitch keeps pushing users toward GrabTap, but my experience shows it’s not legit. My points were marked as redeemed, then the request was rejected. I received no money and no points back. Screenshot attached as proof. Do not use this—complete waste of time.

I once contacted their support because I didn’t receive a reward, but they never replied. Still, after about 1–2 months they introduced a new option where you could get a €50 Amazon gift card — and that worked perfectly. It arrived after just one day and everything went smoothly.
I honestly never thought I’d get paid for gaming, but yeah… it actually works. I was super skeptical at first.

Worst platform ever I can't believe streaming elements would ripped people off y scam millions of players and refuse to pay them I start playing when my friend says she got affiliated with them by creating a account and on there twitch channel it say you can sign up for the referral link affiliated program by going into the app and go to settings and there no affiliate programs they have lie to me and scam me in the face plus my gift card takes forever to show up and when I email customer service for help it took forever for them to respond to my email and then they make lies saying it may take longer due to the holidays and it was not even a holiday I didn't even get my gift card within 2 months then I got my gift card trump needs to remove all scam money making apps off the Google play store and permanently banned it as US security threat.

I signed up a while ago out of curiosity.
During my stream, the Streamelements bot spammed the "Check out my GrabTap". This timer was automatically added without my knowledge or consent, NOWHERE TO BE FOUND on my Streamelements and therefore not possible to be removed.

In the meantime I had already permanently deleted my GrabTap account. However, the timer still spams my chat.

I cannot log into my nonexistent account to remove the timer, so I sent a support email to please remove this timer that was added WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
All I get are automated bot replies "how to remove a timer from Streamelements".

Avoid making an account here.

Let me rack up $2500 worth of gift card points over a few months, then "oops something went wrong" when I tried to redeem them. No notice as to why, customer support didn't specify what happened no matter how I asked, and my viewers who worked with it reported similar issues.

Whole site is now locked for me, no way to recover the points, and even if I could, there's no access to the rewards page. They shut it down on me and others. Don't waste your time

You get the points they ask for id to claim you dont get the gift card, and then the email address you signed up with gets hacked avoid

Rena was an amazing host gave me all the info I needed and followed up to ensure my success when I got confused. She was a great lead and I would absolutely work with her again!

This started out as a pretty good plan but they got greedy and started cutting out the content creators they initially said they were supporting. Now the program gives hardly anything to the creators that refer customers their way. On top of that, they have a bad tendency of changing payouts half way through a campaign so you might be working towards a $30 goal and then the next time you log in, it's magically now just a $2 goal.

They also do not tell you up front that in order to cash out, you have to jump through hoops, send them a copy of your id and all sorts of other information that they do not delete afterwards telling me that they do plan to sell that information.

Have had a few times where a goal would not be tracking and support would just say "It's fine, we'll fix it after" and then after they say, bummer, can't fix it.

Don't let the flashy lights tempt you. Stick with the established sites already out there.

Terrible customer service.
Got one game going, but never another one after that. They then just tell me to keep trying and if the problem persists to get back to them. Which I do and get all the same responses and then they tell me it’s on my end and I should turn off the vpn that isn’t on.

Then I decide to just cash out from my one game and it won’t allow a verify.

Feels more like a scam.

Scam misleading advertising app I play so hard to receive a Google play gift card it say it take up to 6 business weeks to receive it in my email I have not receive it yet I have checked all my emails folders and included my spam folders nothing I have emailed them no response or reply back and now they have lie to me and say it going to take 7 more business weeks to receive my gift card and they keep lie to me and I will be file a FBI investigation complaint against them and sue them I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Grabtap DOES pay out. I've earned about $30 through the program just on my own. I do feel like many of the games available on it are quite low quality or microtransaction nightmares. As time has gone on, i feel that the rewarded points have gone down in number, making it harder to payout. But if you're worried it's a scam, it's really not, surprisingly.

One of the better GPT sites. I had a problem with a missing reward and support fixed it within an hour!

Contacted support once and they responded immediately saying they went ahead and fixed the issue manually - right then and there! I was impressed. A highly professional direct interface between you and a game's developers. Don't confuse them with those Ad/virus riddled click bait/survey filling apps who are mining your metadata. Grabtap is honestly revolutionary in its approach.

Grabtap has been a fun way to try out new games and earn points towards gift cards! Additionally earning REAL money that I could transfer to my PayPal. This app is amazing and I recommend it to anyone that's creating content!
