Called with short notice and requested help with relocating furniture from a retirement village community centre that was to be donated to Wounded Heros.
Ryan, Raghawa and the team were fantastic assisting with the pickup and a split dropoff due to the volume.

Team was absolutely outstanding in supporting a complex logistics project. Exceptional customer service from Jazmine, great support from Ryan, and outstanding help from Eric in the Warehouse support.
The entire team helped us deliver on a really tight turn around, and took exceptional care of our items until we were able to hand them over to the next stage!

2nd Stage with Sean as the team leader, again very professional and polite, the job took longer than expected however they completed it in difficult circumstances.

Advised me what day they wanted the shipment. when I arrived received very efficient service, help to unload goods. Goods in Melbourne 12 days later and was advised location and delivery date.

Sean McNeilliey and his teams on the 21st-23rd of April were fantastic. Nothing we asked of them was too much. It was a big move from a ground floor to a 3rd storey in a tight lift and the boys were fantastic. Sean's communication with myself was excellent - it was a very stressful time for me - but Sean and his team made the transition fantastic

Sending my 2 boxes and 1 crate by sea freight from Australia to UK with zero prior experience was daunting. Shane from Grace was the first person to actually help me start the process and explain what I needed to do. The crating of my unusual item was efficient and the pickup communication was excellent. Totally recommended.

The team were careful with our furniture and didn't back down from the challenge that was presented to them (we have a horrible staircase that really put their creativity and strength to the test). They took their time to consider how they would move the furniture and made adjustments as needed (even if it meant having to return with additional help or a swap in the team). Assistance previously received with the unpacking wasn't offered this time. . . but wouldn't have helped because down-sizing takes time. Allowing for a second removal of recyclable packing materials as standard practice would have been helpful expecially for the over 70s.

That Grace Brothers' customer service team reached out immediately confirms my "unfailingly helpful". If my suggestion can help others, it was worth taking the time to respond to what are often "AI"/rote inquiries that go nowhere.

They've provided the worst customer service ever! The staff are so rude in Australia especially this lady works on the phones in Brisbane Branch! Despite so many calls and emails and just being passed around over the phone and being hung up on just cause the staff couldn't do their job. Took me forever for them to get in touch with me to collect their empty boxes. I kept telling them I have 2 kids and dont have time to be mucked around only for their staff to turn around and say "yea whatever"! That's pathetic. Rather than understanding my frustration and trying to help, they were being rude! They definitely need some customer service training. Their manager (Sarah i think was her name) listened to what I had to say but not even once did she apologise from her team's behalf and just said she'll put my complaint forward! If the manager doesn't know how to provide customer service, what can you expect from the rest of their staff! However, Sonakshi from the Melbourne team was very helpful and even apologised and understood my frustration so thank you for that Sonakshi, literally the only person that could do their job was her everyone else was just pathetic! I would never recommend this company to any of my friends or family, the process since the very beginning until the end was hard to deal with. There is so much more I could write but not like they're gana do anything but just for the public to know not to use them if you dont want to be mucked around.

We tried to get a quote to move with Grace. The 'moving consultant' called us 30 minutes before and asked to reschedule to the next day (Saturday). We agreed on a time and 10 minutes before the appointment he messaged to 'confirm' the appointment for Sunday instead. He claims to have made a mistake and refused to come when we are available. I can accept a mistake once, but twice! This is after we rescheduled our day to suit. Highly unreliable.

We had a difficult location to move out of and move into. Grace Removals co-ordinated additional staff to speed up the process and were in constant contact leading up to the move and day of. We managed to get everything unloaded and have a functioning office the same day. The equipment the team had made the process very easy with their stackable boxes and monitor cages.

Grace Removals is a professional and highly qualified company to carry out removal and storage operations. Their staff are efficient and knowledgeable and complete the task speedily and safely. All of the men involved in our recent removal were excellent. They were friendly and helpful and executed their tasks with a minimum of fuss. They were also very careful when moving boxes and furniture to ensure there was no damage to walls and floors of our home. We highly recommend this company.

We used Grace BNE to move our office in January. We gave short notice which they were able to work with. The communication with the removalists was great. Ken and his team worked hard moving furniture and crates. They were all polite, helpful and easy to work with.
We were happy with the result of the move.

I genuinely cannot speak more highly of Liam Mafi and his team. They led the Mount Gravatt removal under tricky conditions - summer conditions, lift broken, and bulky/awkward items. Despite these hurdles, the team were ready for the challenge, kind, and in good spirits. Just genuinely keen to get the job done right.

To add to the positives, Liam and his team were spot on with timing and packed in a manner that could only be described as lightning speed, without losing any quality in the packing.

We recently engaged the Grace Removals team to assist with a medium/large-scale business relocation, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

We had to pack up and move an entire medical practice from one premises (within a retail precinct) to a double-story building and the entire team made the move such a swift and easy experience.

Nathan, Jon, Mason & Cody in particular were organised, helpful and extremely professional, handling a complex move with efficiency and care. Communication was clear throughout the process, timelines were met, and nothing was too much trouble.
