This company is not trustworthy. They take your money but never send the product and no matter how many requests are made they continue to insist it was sent but do not give shipping info regarding the carrier or a confirmation number.

Fraudulent. I ordered “ Women's Ribbed Adjustable Wireless Bra Khaki + Black + Brown ( 3 Pcs )_36_D” and on the ad it is a thick material.

The bra came in 20 days later (they said bc of tariffs) and it fits my teen who is a 34A bra size. I requested a refund through paypal

I never received the order. This is a scam.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a weed puller through TikTok shop. I did not realize it was being sourced from this company. They told me my product was delivered a month ago, after I waited almost a month before that. I never received it. I’ve went back and forth with customer service where they just keep telling me to ask the post office or my neighbors, which I told them multiple times I have done. I asked for a refund and they said “we have tried our best to resolve your problem and will report to our manufacturer to improve in the future.” That is NOT resolving my problem. So I’m just out the money.

This company is A FRAUD. I placed an order on April 1, 2025 for 58.00. I have NEVER received my item. I made several contacts via email and each reply was a different excuse. They just stopped correspondence. I have NO item and I am out 58.00. STAY AWAY~

Do NOT ever order from this website. Their customer service is terrible to deal with. The quality of the merchandise is CRAP.

I ordered a $45 item, did not fit & requested to make a return per their website instructions. Graceiful said I can ship back to China at my expense & they would refund me a total of $2.

I ordered seeds from them in March. It seemed that they shipped them but the logistics report stopped all updates 2 months ago. I have sent at least 5 emails to customer service and got nowhere. Just lip service that it was on its way. I'm sure the seeds, if they were really shipped, are moldy and rotten by now plus it's past planting season. Seems like a fraud to me. Beware.

Ordered from them. Feb 26th and am still waiting for my order to arrive. They sent me an email that said it was at.my local.post office and I needed to go pick it up but when I got to the post office,, they said I do not have a valid tracking number and told me to get it from the company. I have emailed them to ask for it. I will be back to let people know it this is fixed.
