Was a good product but took to long to arrive and after multiple times of contacting the company I kept being told they would call me back and or send me tracking info. Finally after my 3rd time calling I spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Max Hunter, who followed up completely with me and as for him personally I would give him a raving 5 star review. If you had more people like Max this would be a great review but because of previous people I dealt with I have to go with a 3 star review but will purchase from this company again but will be requesting Max to help me with everything I order in the future. Thank you Max!!!

We have purchased several used Cisco switches and modules from GracileIT for replacements and all the parts have worked flawlessly. If I need a used Cisco part, I have always found it on GracileIT.

I should have followed my gut and avoided this organization. I ordered some parts via their website and paid via Credit Card. I received no email receipt or acknowledgement of the order. I called them and sent email to ask about the order. I was told twice that the order was fine. Soon after I was told that the order was delayed as it was coming from a "different" warehouse. Today after more than a week I called and was informed that they were trying to get ahold of me, blah blah blah but the order was cancelled and refunded. I received zero notifications about any of this. The order was cancelled because they never had the parts, but they have charged me but insist that they haven't. I now am forced to open a case with my CC company for a refund.

As far as I'm concerned this is not a legitimate company. They are faking orders and charging people dishonestly and illegally. Not for nothing, you can call them on the phone but you will understand little that they are saying.

Max, provided excellent customer service! We needed a Cisco 6800 line card ASAP to get address a down situation. They took my call and shipped at 5 pm on Friday for Saturday delivery! They understood the issue and responded!

We needed a specific revision of a board, not just the matching model number, and they went to the warehouse floor and took a pic of the circuit board so I was sure it was going to match! Thanks!

Kept me informed on the status of my purchase.

I ordered a couple cisco spa508g phones. The price was great and the phones were new as far as I could tell. I did have an issue with one of the phones not being able to be configured. I let them know and they shipped out a replacement. Great service. Will use them again most likely.

I ordered a APC part that was time sensitive. I called to confirm part avalibility and was greated warmly. Once part was confirmed I placed order and was kept updated along the way.

Part was as described and packaged well.

This was my first time buying from GracileIT and I was completely satisfied with the transaction. I called before the power supply was shipped with a quick question, and Max answered the phone right away--no wait, no automated answering. After receiving it (which took only a very few days), he called me to be sure I was happy with the product. And to top it off, the price was much less than I found from any other dealer. They were able to ship me 3 units of a very old PSU for pretty much the best price I found on the internet.
They responded to my email inquiry very quickly and answered all my questions and must have shipped the units no more than a few hours after I ordered because they arrived much quicker than I had expected. The units worked as expected, and now my servers are no longer complaining about missing the redundant PSU.

I ordered a power supply for my dead computer. The order was processed in a timely mannor and I received what I ordered.

This is a really great site for buying computer parts and they have a vast amount of items that other stores don't have out there. I love the customer service specifically with Martin who has been very helpful throughout the process of finding items. They made good on refunding a product that was defective. All of this trust is why I will continue to comeback to buy more parts from them so you can definitely trust them. Be sure to contact Martin before you buy anything because he's really good and will explain what you need.
