Bought a couple of Thinkpads from Grade A a few months ago. Arrived soon, after a slight delay, well packaged , condition good ( grade B so slightly marked but in excellent condition otherwise). The laptops are in use daily and have performed beautifully. Thanks Grade A Tech - great service .

Purchased a monitor from these guys was described as open box brand new. It arrived as described still had the protective cellophane around the screen all packets still sealed, original box inside another box so very well protected. Delivered by DPD within 36 hours of order being placed. Very happy with it. And it was over £50 cheaper than 'new'.

The 49" screen arrived very quickly. Packaged well, with all manuals and cables.

It looks like new. I have only have it a couple of weeks but all good.

I was looking for a monitor that fit my purpose and I found the one I needed on Grade A Technologies. I was skeptical of them as I had never heard them before but after researching myself and reading reviews, they seemed trustworthy - and they were.

The product arrived extremely fast, in 3 days with very good tracking given. The product itself arrived in great condition, completely new and I still got the warranty from Samsung for my product.

Absolutely faultless cannot recommend highly enough. Had a slight glitch as the tv i had chosen had been damaged in the warehouse, but the team were quick to help find an alternative and even better than the tv I had picked. The communication is second to none, just need the sunshine to come back so we can have many enjoyable hours watching our fab outdoor tv.
