We were pleasantly surprised by how thick and detailed everything was, including the logo. I love that they are embroidered. This ensures it will last and helps with a clean appearance. This year I couldn't find the box that was delivered, and Doreen was helping with tracking, was on email and the phone helping me track it down. We did get beautiful stoles delivered. The workmanship was great.

Our order was denied due to the concern of not being completed on time. I place the order a second time with a need by date within the range given and was denied again. It was finally accepted the third time I placed the order. I recommend putting the order on hold to find an acceptable date rather than canceling it. This was really frustrating.
