A fuire…. J’ai passé une commande qui m’a été annulé par le site dans l’heure , j’ai payé cette commande avec le site de paiement KLARNA, j’ai fait une réclamation pour le remboursement de cette commande au près de graffitiwallarts et KLARNA et ne voyant toujours pas le remboursement arriver apres 3 mois, j’ai contacté KLARNA qui m’ont dit que graffitiwallarts avait déclaré m’avoir livré cette commande. Ce sont de fausses déclarations. C’est du vole pure et simple .

Illegales Angebot für Deutschland
Wir hatten eine Pendellampe bestellt. Auf der Website wurde und wird immer noch diese Lampe mit transparenten Kabeln und einer Fernbedienung angeboten. Geliefert wurde mit weißen Kabeln und ohne Fernbedienung. Nach der Reklamation wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass auf Grund der 220/230 V Spannung in Deutschland nicht wie bestellt geliefert werden könne. Wir sollten die Ware auf unsere Kosten nach China zurücksenden. 4 große Pakete. Verweis auf die AGB, obwohl eindeutig und zugegeben ein Fehler des Anbieters. Nie wieder dieser Shop.

Everybody please be aware, it’s fake
Everybody, please be aware. This is a drop shipping company, selling ‘authentic’ durable materials but in fact you get plastics shipped from China. Return policy is that you ship the box back to China, where is goes missing and therefore you never get your money back.
It’s scandalous really.
In response to your reply; the return policy isn’t clear on your website. Nowhere it is mentioned returned items should be shipped to China instead of the UK (the only address mentioned).
Also, after returning the parcel to china, I haven’t gotten my money back. No response to several emails. Nothing.
You are a drop shipper.

Cheap product with a 2 pin plug that was way too expensive for how it was made. Tried to return it as so disappointed but I would have to pay for the postage to China! Total waste of money. Customer Service not interested.

Great company to deal with, would recommend to others - we ordered a framed Banksy canvas which was damaged during transit. Contacted customer support with an email and photos of the damage, and Sasha was fantastic in helping us organise a new piece, completely free of charge. We were kept up-to-date with each step of the process and received the replacement very quickly! Thank you so much for understanding - the canvas looks incredible in our study!

Trustable website. Purchased a 3 plus 2 seater comfy meuble sofa set and wanted the back and seat both in different colours not only they made sire to perfectly follow my requirements but also showed me a video of the fur iturr after production prior to dispatch and once o approved it they dispatched it as promised before purchase. I got a Kaws statue and i wanted a very specific height as we have a corner enclosed in our new house where i wanted to fit it, to my expectations i am amazed with the perfection as i was kerping a 10% margin of error and if i cant fault it than no one can.
