My orders from Grafomap were quick and hassle-free. The hanging maps were so easy to hang and had a very sleek and modern design. I would highly recommend creating a map for a beautiful piece of art and special meaning.

Ordered a map for my partner’s birthday expecting to be delivered within 15 days. The website did not give me the option for express service despite the option being advertised.
Received a shipping confirmation but no tracking number. I have emailed for updates, but each time i get sent a new shipping confirmation. I ordered on the 09/02/2022 and have since received 4 new shipping confirmations.
No one in the company seems to be reachable or has a clue on whats going on

The whole process was easy for designing my customized map canvas. Shipping arrived quickly and I couldn't be more happy with the end result. The color choice I made was just beautiful and I am so glad that I was able to even customize the heading I used in my design. I highly recommend this company and think these canvases make a perfect addition to your decor or as a gift for someone you love.

I loved receiving my print from Grafomap. The website made it really easy to use, and I loved that you could personalize so many parts of the print. We love hanging it in our home and it was the perfect gift.

I have been trying to get a refund for over a month. The map had dents and creases in it. I destroyed it and sent pictures. They now will not respond to my emails.
Do not buy from them.

In response to Grafomap's reply: I have sent THREE emails with my order number and pictures. Your first response was "destroy the product and send us pictures, you will then get a refund". I've done that. I destroyed the map and sent pictures ... no response from the three emails I have sent.

Do not order from Grafomap. As several others experienced, I received a $49 map that was damaged (crinkled and creased) due to their poor packaging method. They then sent a replacement, which was sent using the same exact improper packaging (despite me having sent them pictures and explained how they needed to package it, and despite the fact that the way they are packing it is not what they claim on their website).

I then requested a refund, and they asked me to cut up the two damaged maps and send them pics of that, which I did. Since then...crickets. They've just stopped responding completely, despite me following up several times via email over the course of weeks.

So I'm going to be forced to initiate a credit card dispute for the first time in my life. It's seriously disappointing, and I had to scramble to find something else as a gift for the person this was intended for.

Update: Now that I posted here, they emailed me a generic "sorry there was a problem, would you like reparations?" email, completely ignoring the fact that I've emailed them 5 separate times previously about a refund. I've responded to that, so we'll see what happens. But I'm not holding my breath, and still intend to do a chargeback unless I get the refund in fairly short order, because I don't believe they have any intent of doing anything other than dragging this out until I forget about it and go away.

Final update Dec 7: After posting here, and additional emails back and forth, they did finally credit a refund to my credit card. I'm upping my rating to 2 stars instead of 1 for that. However, I still can't recommend them until they:
1) Package things for shipping in a reasonable way that doesn't pretty much guarantee damage and
2) Actually respond when a refund is requested, instead of only responding if someone posts a public review.

The first map they sent me was damaged. They don’t pack the maps in a sturdy cylinder tube as advertised on their website, so don’t be hopeful that your map will arrive in good shape. It was sent in a flimsy cardboard tube that was bent in half during shipping. So I asked them to send a replacement, which they did. It shipped fast, which was a plus, but they sent it in the same flimsy tube and it was damaged AGAIN. It wasn’t damaged as bad as the first time, but honestly after spending $50 on a poster, I was expecting a lot more. It’s not worth having them send yet another replacement because they’ll just send it in their cheap packaging again. I won’t be ordering from here again.

For the price, the frame and underlying map are obviously low quality. The "map" is printed on low weight paper and looks like something that came out of a home printer.
Please explore the website before considering a purchase. You will find there is no way to contact the business. There is no phone number or even email address.
Good luck trying to get a return.

I love my grafomap! It turned out perfect and exceeded my expectations.

Found this place by luck browsing. After viewing products I realized how awesome these maps would be for me as a gift to someone. Multiple options, any location in the world even down to the city block. They arrived and were exactly what I expected and the person who received them loved them. Thanks again for awesome product and I will be back for a lot more.
