It’s so easy to give Grajmax Mobility 5 stars, lots of nearly new pristine options to buy, with high quality high end models, mine was a display still in all its wrappers and 0.1 miles. The only thing I wonder about is when I saw the photos of my scooter it had its keys on a TGA key fob yet he passed me the keys on a single week spring coil which means I have to buy one. Why he kept it is a mystery. Marta and her husband are very pleasant to talk to and I don’t think you could be in better hands when buying a mobility scooter. For me it’s like buying a new pair of legs. I hope not to need my warranty but I feel that should the need arises they will be there for me. Nearly forgot they kindly provided a new outdoor cover as I struggled to find one because of the back box. It turned out to be no good but that wasn’t their fault. It rained all the first day and night and when I took the cover off the next morning it was wet through! I will use it under another one when the winter comes. Delivering went well and came when arranged

What can I say, it was lovely dealing with this company they were very helpful and explained everything thoroughly.
I am absolutely thrilled with my cabin scooter it’s really smart, delivery was done very quickly I couldn’t be happier and I would definitely buy again from this company.

Im not new to buying a mobility scooter but it is still a decision that requires some careful thought because. they are not cheap items and buying the wrong one can be costly while putting up with a machine that doesn't fit, or can't do what you require is so frustrating and massively disappointing. I am so pleased I stumbled across Grajmax!
Number one they have a brilliant wide selection of scooters at really good prices and Marta is so kind, patient and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, And although I don't recommend doing this, I was even allowed to swop scooter choice, as I saw what I really wanted after making my original scooter choice .
Being overweight and tall can make selection very difficult but there is plenty to choose from, delivery is very easy to arrange and your given a two hour window slot. and they have even sorted out the DVLA Registration, I would definitely, and without hesitation recommend this small caring family business, above many larger dealers that are out there,

This company are amazing! They have helpful, wonderful staff. Marta helped me with every step, towards delivery of my car. She was more than helpful. Also the gentleman who delivered my car. He explained everything I needed to know, about operating the car, and was very pleasent. They are not a local company, but within just a few days, the car was delivered. I would definately recomend them, and their mobility vehicles.

We decided that we would be able to do more and walk further if my husband had a mobility scooter. We went to the local garden centre and liked one which seemed what we wanted but we didn’t like the price. We then went to another smaller local mobility scooter shop which had nothing to offer us,
We decided to look online and we were thrilled when we found the exact same scooter as the first one we looked at for almost £1000 less at Grajmax Mobility. It was not new but you’d never know. It is as good as new.
I phoned Grajmax and chatted with Marta as I had a slight problem with the online order. She said to leave everything with her and the scooter would be delivered in 5 to 7 days. We paid £100 for delivery as we live 267 miles from Wakefield and it would easily have cost us that to fetch it.
I was a bit concerned when I did not receive any order confirmation but the scooter was removed online so I just hoped it was coming to us!
After a couple of days I phoned Marta again and all was well. Delivery would be within the 5 to 7 days I was originally told. There seemed to be a minor hiccup with the long distance delivery but it eventually arrived at 9am on the Tuesday after I ordered it the previous week Monday evening.
After a couple of weeks I thought there was a problem with the charger and contacted Marta. She sent helpful information and photos and we have decided that all is good. So after sales service is also good. They want customers to have a good experience.
If you are looking for a mobility scooter I would have no hesitation in buying from Grajmax Mobility and recommend them wholeheartedly. They seem to know scooters inside out, are very keen to help to sort queries and problems, the products are as new and the prices are brilliant.

Ordered my tga vita s during easter break but communication was excellent and scooter was actually delivered a couple days earlier than expected by a very punctuall delivery driver, who unloaded and showed me around scooter etc ,all in all all a great service ,highly recommended AAA+++

Delivery was quick and painless. Marta was very helpful with paperwork to register my vehicle. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Excellent service went above and beyond delivered in very windy conditions a 3 hour drive to my Dad's address in Lincolnshire. Scooter was as described on the website. My Dad is thrilled with it.

I was so eager to get my cool scooter so rang Grajmax as soon as they were open on Monday. The lovely lady answered the phone almost immediately and she knew who I was without asking which is a wonderful personal service, not received much now. The scooter was delivered that Friday which I was very impressed with. On receipt the lovely man allowed man friend to video him going through all the specifics about the scooter as I was to unwell at the time to be there myself. It was just so great to get such a personal service … people returning calls and generally being as helpful as possible. Long story short: couldn't be doing with smooth sales people in big local mobility showroom, so I eventually took a chance on this firm I'd never heard of called Grajmax. Ordered scooter Friday, delivered as promised ready to go by a very helpful chap on Tuesday morning - and all this at £1400 less than the local showroom wanted for the exact same thing! Excellent communication and customer service too, with no bullshit whatsoever at any stage.

I saw a scooter on grajmax ebay page, it was a real bargain so i ordered it, the guy who delivered next day, owned the company and was so helpful to my dad as i wasnt there, he even moved some stuff so the scooter would fit in shed as i said so helpful and caring thankyou grajmax

Great service. I bought an efoldi Batmobile and it’s cool. My wife and I can now again go about together for walks.
