No response from Grammarly to an email challenging why they charged my credit card for a £120 subscription that I did not agree to.

Worst company ever, AVOID at all costs
Worst company ever. Got charged on a dormant account. Their software was installed on zero devices. Won't honour 14 days cooling off period even when not even a second of their software was used. Cancelled 10 minutes after being charged and they just take your money and ignore all messages.

Easy to use & boost team quality
I am a customer support and I need to contact my customer a lot through emails and our social channels. Grammarly helps me improve my writing and make it look more professional. However, sometimes the system is not correct and makes me confused sometimes. But overall, it is a nice platform to use for basic spelling, grammar check.

Useless plagiarism checker
The main reason I bought the premium version was for the plagiarism checker. I copy and pasted a definition from Wikipedia and added it as part of my writing. Grammarly did not detect it. Very disappointed.

Grammarly is useless
Grammarly is useless. The worst thing about it is the money is non-refundable. I tried to get my money back, but it was impossible. It is not correctly advertised. It didn't improve my language on any of my emails or documents. It only functioned as a spelling check which is available on outlook and g-mail anyway.
It is not worth its money. I lost my money, but I will never subscribe again.
I do not recommend Grammarly.

Time saving software
Saving huge time for us. Its works on Mobile and computer's Ms-word file. Normally, we use it for website content writing as well.

vil klart ikke anbefale
rigtig dårlig hjælpeværktøj. jeg benyttede det til en engelsk stil og satte niveauet højt, og endte alligevel med at få en rigtig dårlig karakter. Fik fejl de specifikke steder grammerly havde forslået ændringer og forslag, så alt deres hjælp var til spild og totalt uprofessionelt. VIL IKKE anbefale
