the item is good and as deacribed but deliver took longer than the upper limit advertised. in this case it would be good to at least contact the customer so they are aware.

Don't trust this company
Not quite sure if this is a genuine company. I purchased a weighted stuff toy. I received an ordinary stuff toy. When I wrote to them they asked me if I wanted to exchange this to a weighted stuff toy for half price. I asked them for a returns label.
Someone got back to me trying to say that what I ordered is the low weighted one. What I wanted was the weighted stuff toy like the name of the item 'Weighted stuff toy'.
To date I haven't received any response.

Ordered a weighted dinosaur teddy when it came it’s not weighted, just a stuffed animal, paid £30 for it which I would be okay with if it was weighted

Don’t expect express delivery from this company!!
Ordered a school bag for my son and I paid £5 for “express delivery” which said 4-7 days. The bag took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. The seller said they were having shipping issues, but if that is a known issue then stop charging customers for an express delivery option. The bag came from China even though this website says UK based in a number of places.
My son was upset starting school without his new bag which I had paid £30 for! I had to go out and buy him another one.
Then the seller agreed to refund the shipping costs but ONE week later the funds have still not gone into my bank account so I’m doubtful they actually refunded it at all.
The bag has arrived today 3 weeks later and it is scratched and not great quality.
It is now March (6 months later) and I never received the refund. Disgusting shambles of a company.

I ordered the pink Milo weighted…
I ordered the pink Milo weighted dinosaur. Originally I was sent the green one, when I contacted them asking to return because I had to purchase elsewhere in time for my nieces birthday, without responding, they sent me the pink one, even though I had to purchase it else where so I told them I no longer needed it. To make matters worse, neither of them are weighted, they don’t even look like the photos advertised and I could have purchased the exact same thing from ali express for £5 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I am now stuck with two poor quality stuffed pieces of crap and they will not send me a return label to get rid of them
