Infested with live bugs! Company is censoring reviews.
Disgusting and highly unsafe. I ordered the Dried Black Mulberries (Order #172886) and they arrived completely infested with live insects crawling inside and out of the berries. I unfortunately ate some before noticing them and feel physically sick.
When I used the company's emailed link to leave a 1-star review with photo proof directly on their website, they blocked it from appearing to hide the problem. Do not trust the ratings on their store page—they are actively censoring the truth. Avoid this place at all costs if you care about food safety.
UPDATE: The company issued a refund after seeing this review, but sent a defensive email claiming my complaints went to "spam" and blaming my storage for the bugs.
This was never about money. As a long-time customer buying for my family, I am disgusted. The product arrived infested with live, cream-colored pantry larvae (worms) burrowed inside the dried mulberries. These hatch from eggs already present in untreated organic fruit before shipping; they didn't appear from a month of storage. I will never buy from them again. Check your dried goods carefully.

Since prices at the airport are so high, I wish I had bought my souvenirs here instead.
If I had to nitpick, I’d love to see some pomegranate juice concentrate, pomegranate jam, and other souvenirs—like the classic jacquard pouches—in the selection.

En la página pude entrar y comprar lo que queria. Los que atendieron mi orden todos muy servicial, amables y todas mis preguntas fueron contestadas y todo lo que mande a pedir llego bien, me encanto y proximamente comprare de nuevo porque todo el servicio fue excelente.
