I purchased the granite Stone glass air fryer within 2 weeks the bowl chipped on top so I contacted them online today as I see there's no other way to contact them and when I message them about it and told them I would purchase a new bowl they told me they were going to transfer me to somebody and nobody ever came back on the text message and messaged me back so it seems like you can't get a replacement bowl as I have read other people's reviews so basically this air fryer is trash easy to chip the bowl and without it you can't do nothing so I would never buy it again

We purchased the complete set of cookware and after a very short time of use they would not connect with our induction cook top. The manufacturer pretended to act as if they would assist with the matter. We jumped through all of their hoops since they offer a limited warranty, but they just kept asking for more photos, packaging, etc. rather than replacing the bad items. My time is too valuable to continue to play around with companies that do not provide service to their customers so I will make sure that no other buyers make the same mistake we did.

Terrible product! Advertised as “non-stick “ pots and pans. Not true. Everything sticks and very difficult to clean. Also poorly finished with sharp burs along the edge of the pot or pan. What a waste of $300. We never use them.

This company is extremely professional with a killer product. And service unbelievable!! Shipping was accomplished almost overnight!! I am completely satisfied and enough to make a second purchase immediately upon receipt of my first offer. I look forward to the great looking cutlery set. I highly recommend them!! Don't hesitate get on board with your last cookware set.
