Ease of use and simple easy to implement feedback.

Really nice platform. Grantify takes the guess work out of crafting and submitting your SBIR grant app. I am not sure I could have effectively done this without them.

I have used grantify for two different Smart Grant applications with two different businesses.
My experience with both is that the amount of human contact you get after you have paid is pretty minimal. Their grantify forms do a reasonable job of stepping you through what to include, but if you read the Innovate UK scoring criteria and use latest chatGPT you would be in a similar place. The Grantify feedback seems quite AI generated with a bit of human oversight. The numbers of successful applicants was about half what they quoted, so take their stats with a pinch of salt.
Overall, while the service is not terrible, it is not in my view worth the considerable expense.

Grantify team and platform are amazing! They have clarified, and simplified a complex process into a manageable project. Their questions and explanations have helped me refine my application immensely.

Instructions are clear, and the feedback process with Grantify is highly useful before submitting the application. The AI is helpful, but review the answers carefully as the meaning is sometimes different from your input.

I signed up for grantify after talking to Haley Hamly about it on a zoom call, where she explained to me that they used AI and that all I needed was a day to input my information onto their app and then their grant writers would take over from there. Well, that's not the case, as we discovered in our fist zoom meeting (after we paid). Once we talked to the non-sales people it became apparent that I'd basically have to write the grant myself. Grantify charges $6K for you to use they app to write your own grant. It has been established that AI generated proposals for the grant I was going for (SBIR)are taken out of the pool. At that point, 5 minutes into this zoom call, we said that we were explained something different and that what they offer doesn't satisfy our needs and we asked for a refund. The people in the zoom meeting said that I needed to talk to Haley to do that and that they do offer grant writing services but that's for the "Platinum" users, not for the lowly "Gold" users and that Haley could upgrade me. Up until this point I had no idea that there were different service packages and that I got the "lowly" one for $6,000. It felt like a bait and switch. At that point I said I am not interested anymore, please refund my money, as there is a 14-day window and I was well within it because I had just paid a couple of days before this incident. I asked Haley for a refund via email, we asked the people in the zoom meeting for a refund, and sent an email to grantify's customer support based out of the UK. There is no contact info on their website, so I don't know who else to contact. I still haven't received my money back. Nobody gets back to me now, not a reply to my emails, nothing. No refund. This all happened last week. So now I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card, a hassle. I don't understand how grantify has so many positive user reviews. I can hire a grant writer with a proven track record of obtaining SBIR grants, who has a team of other grant writers to collaborate with her, for the same amount of money that I paid grantify for me to write my own grant. Hard pass. Buyer Beware.

We came into the grant space thinking that companies like Grantify just help you apply and simplify the process for you. Grantify is much more than that! They have knowledge of the nuances that can be the difference between a successful or unsuccessful grant application.

By the first meeting with Grantify, we already realized they knew what they were talking about, and also realized we would have missed key factors in the application.

In addition to having deep knowledge about grants, the Grantify team is extremely helpful, responsive, and has some of the greatest customer service I've seen in a while. Every single team member was devoted to our success in an authentic way. I would work with them again without a second thought!

Grantify was great from start to finish, from onboarding to transparency throughout the entire application process.

We have a sophisticated use-case, so we are a good fit, regardless of the outcome. That said, both sides remain confident that we will be awarded grant funding.

As long as you have more than an "idea", I highly recommend using Grantify for your application. They're honestly your best shot.

If you are looking to make an application for a government loan or grant, your first port of call has to be this platform.

Well it all started off so well, I had a concept that I was considering a grant application for and during a conversation with one of the sales team (Calum), I was advised that my project was a good fit for Grantify, which after some time to digest, I agreed to sign. The next stage was to have an online meeting with a Grant Specialist, which resulted in a meeting being run by a new staff member whom then advised me that what I wanted would not be covered by a grant. I therefore discussed this with Calum, who still advised what I wanted was possible with a grant but by now I have lost confidence in them and wanted to cancel their services. From this point on, Grantify has been an absolute nightmare. They have taken the deposit money of nearly £3,000 which I am still waiting to be returned, For over 10 days I was hounded by their automatic email system about the process even though I had cancelled and on numerous occasions requesting directly to Calum to stop these emails. Eventually one of the support team picked up on one of my emails, realised I had cancelled and updated their system to stop the emails. They seem professional until you find out that they don't communicate properly between departments and they have no easy process to cancel. So if you change your mind, get ready for a painful process and don't expect a prompt refund ....

So I was contacted by Mat, whom has apologized for the situation that should not have been so stressful. They have offered to assist us with the grant FOC using their new tools. I have changed the star rating on the back of the efforts made to try and rectify this, time will tell how well this goes.

Fantastic service, super professional and great communication. We've used our accountants for filing an R&D claim previously, but were getting some red flags now that HMRC have tightened up the criteria. Grantify was miles better, kept in touch throughout, did most of the work (unlike our accountants, where we had to do most of the work). Haven't gotten the result yet, but can't fault the process. Hiba and Aaron were great.

This year so many changes happened in the grant process that my deadline changed, was suspended, then updated, then extended. As a result, my research partners changed multiple times. Grantify was there for me through it all, helping me with speedy and accurate advice and guidance.

The platform has great and detailed step by step instruction, very easy to follow and clear know-how!

The Ai is slightly better than ChatGBT and Gemini, but not 7x when helping with answers. We expected more actual help with writing and editing the entry. We did 90% of the writing/editing and after 2 attempts for a SMART award we got good assessor comments but at 80% we were unsuccessful. I know Smart is a 'lottery' and awards depend on number of entries and cut off point. But we were expecting much more direct help from Grantify for £4K+ . An early interview with an award winning academic was useful but that was the only real direct help, and we expected him to be involved throughout the process.
