Order was wrong and they don’t respond to phone calls.

I ordered a “happy camper” key chain from them and when the package arrived, it was EMPTY!!! I have never seen that before! I’m sooo disappointed! Can we please fix this!

Still waiting for order that was supposed to arrive between June 10th and 13th. Still no order.

I ordered 2 sets of cork coasters with a design on them. The product was as described but they smelled so bad that even after 2 days of trying to air them out (outside - they could not stay in the house) they still smelled - it's a toxic, paint smell. I went to return them and told them why - they are charging me a re-stocking fee! I own a business and I understand the re-stocking fee but there is a difference between not liking the product and not being able to have the product in your home because it smells so bad.

BAD service, and they continue to argue about the re-stocking fee. It's really such a small amount but it's the idea that they want to charge me a re-stocking fee for a product that is toxic smelling.

I ordered the Don't Mess With Texas Luggage tags. They arrived quicker than I expected and are very sturdy. They are so nice that one was stolen the first time we used them. I plan to super glue the strap before our next trip to see if that will deter any thieves.

I love my phone case! It's exactly what I wanted and protects my phone perfectly. Even after a few drops it has held up great. The price was right and shipping was fast.

I bought tie clips for all the groomsmen for my wedding, and the clips are all flawlessly manufactured. Also the package arrived well ahead of schedule, and when I contacted them over the phone they were SUPER helpful and polite!! 10/10

I order several charms as gifts for my clients. Upon receiving the charms I notice one of them was a little tarnished and not as nice as the others I ordered. I informed the customer service and without hesitation they sent me a replacement. The shipping method used was quick and email correspondence with the customer service representative was immediate. They really took care of me and no hidden taxes or fees upon shipping to Canada.

All was done great, It was a wee expensive but again I was using a self-designed pattern. And frankly, it was not that steep anyhow. Service was super. Hope to use you all a bunch in the future. Thank You.

I was looking for some very specific graphics had what I was looking for and a few that I hadn't seen anywhere else. I was short on time (my fault) but the items were shipped and delivered very quickly.

Best of all - what I saw was what I got !
