i was being helped very much from tashdeedk is his discord user and he helped me a lot with setting up my server and the mods with it and my billing problems he was a very good helper.

Server setup initially was fairly easy. Website is a bit confusing to navigate, but it works. I caused the server to be stuck and had to open a ticket, which took almost 4 hours to get resolved, which seemed to be fairly simple to resolve, but due to them being a smaller company, it is expected. Overall customer experience is 10/10... time to response is 8/10...

Well I'm not that good at reviews but it was mostly really good, as soon as they saw they had it fixed in like 10 minutes just took a while to respond in the first place timezones and that other than that though the support is really helpful.

I am genuinely impressed by how flexible you guys are with payments etc and how cheap it all is the down times are not even that bad considering the ram price atm world wide and what I can guess the amount of people buying the services because of how cheap it is. Not to mention it is a cheap price even if ram prices werent inflated.

Not only is the customer service great here, but it's rapid! I've been rather annoying the last two days opening tickets but they've solved my issues almost instantly. Great props to the team! And on top of that, service is running a treat. Thank you.

The Staff Always knew how To serve my needs in tickets. The built in plugin/addon things are really helpful!

i was making my server and some mods didnt want to work and iu mean really didn't want to work and my goat Yoyo came and helped me wither everything and plus he had great humor and didnt freak me out with anything he took his time when i needed it
