GRC Solar Ltd Reviews

GRC solar came well recommended and lived up to all the good reports I had received. From
Excellent and professional customer care to thorough technical implementation of the project.
I am delighted with my solar installation.
Andrew needs a great pat on the back.

We were delighted with the service from start to finish. Staff were helpful throughout.

Everything was all done in great time and was satisfied with everything and the after sales service was very helpful to sort out any problems Ian came out to solve all the issues we had , and we would recommend this company to any one considering solar panels

Everything has been easy and efficient. Installation and connection in one day as promised. Scaffolding erected and dismantled on agreed dates.

We've had our panels and batteries installed for 5 months now. We're really benefitting from the installation, and I'm continually being impressed by the after care provided. These guys clearly believe passionately in their products and take a genuine interest in the well-being of their customers; what they don't know, they will find out.
I was in the position of already having panels installed under the FIT agreement. Leighton and his team helped me set up a SEG agreement to export my surplus energy, and took time to help me complete a Storage Declaration form that was needed for me to continue receiving FIT generation paymemts.

We chose GRC because of their thorough and thoughtful site visits, comprehensive quote and the additional security of after-care. There were a few logistical issues with the actual installation which we brought to their attention. We were very impressed with their immediate and professional response and keenness to listen and learn. A very professional approach and highly recommended.

Very good experience right from working out system design, quote to installation
I was impressed with the personal touch by every member of the team during the entire installation of our solar panel, storage battery.
I would definitely recommend GRC solar to lot of my friends who are considering going green.

We can't speak highly enough of GRC from Andrew visiting our property at quotation stage through to installation and onwards, now our second winter coming. Leighton has been so helpful as others have been within the Company. If you are looking to install Solar Panels on your property please give this Company the chance of discussing every possibility on savings when it comes to keeping your costs down. Thankyou GRC from Mr & Mrs Hilson Yorkshire

Very happy with this company. Purchased solar panels and 9kw battery. Great install and follow up support. Highly recommend.

We had been considering Solar Panels for some time and came across GRC Solar. The salesman came to our home was very professional and explained their services in some detail and came back to explain their written proposal a week later
The proposal was very clear concerning the technical details of the system and its anticipated pay back period.

We asked if we could review a system that they had installed and ask the customer about the experience they had with GRC. The customer was very positive about GRC

We then asked then to carry out the install. They arrived on the day they said they would, the installation team was very professional and courteous in and around our home

The system works beautifully. The office support since installation has been exemplary especially concerning the use of the app to maximise the systems potential for import and export.

Excellent company

Just had 22 panels,3 batteries and an I-boost installed by GRC.My only regret is that I should have had all this done sooner. We we’re recommended to use GRC and I can see why. From the installation to the office staff, they have been a pleasure to do business with.

Perfect encounter. The sales man was very friendly and explained everything perfectly. The installation team of 3 turned up on time and completed a perfect installation. They were really friendly and worked together well. The after sales was exactly the same. Friendly helpful and happy all round.

Well if you are after Solar Panels GRC Solar are a must to consider. From installation in March 2023 to today I have nothing but praise for the professionalism, efficiency & workings of this company. The are so helpful and stand by their word on communications. They 'hold your hand' every step of the way and are always available to consult with should you have any questions. Nothing is too much trouble. GRC Solar has to be the way forward. Thank you for registering me for the SEG payments . One very happy customer 😀 Jenni T

A pleasure to deal with a company that has provided excellent customer service throughout the whole installation process, and continues to provide it through after sales queries. Would all companies operate this way.
5 stars all the way.

Had 14 panels fitted in May 2023.
All the staff go the extra mile to help.
Scaffolding went up on a sunny day, panels fitted next day in the rain, and still the lads worked.
After care service great, willing to help sort out any problems. And only having electric I have been saving the pennies too.
Thankyou

What an efficient friendly service. The panels batteries etc were installed in one day and we could not be more pleased. It is nice to deal with a company who care about their customers and take such pride in the work they do. Everything was explained to us and nothing was too much trouble. Five stars all the way I wish I could leave them ten.If you are reading this and lloking to install solar then look no further because I firmly believe you wont find a better company than GRC Solar.

We had our solar panels installed yesterday Ian has been great explaining everything to us oldies nothing has been to much trouble he even called today as there were a couple of things we wanted to ask him, the lads did an excellent job in terrible conditions strong winds and heavy rain everything neat and tidy.
I would definately recommend you to anyone

We had 15 panels fitted 2 batteries total of 6.4 kw and a LXP 3-6K inverter, all fitted on the same day.We spoke with Tom about having solar he came out to the house a couple of times and was very helpful not at all pushy but well informed on their system and solar in general.
After signing up and taking the plunge we were told our date would be 24-08-23 for the scaffold to be erected and the panels would be fitted the next day and that is what happened.
We spoke with Leighton on the 29th of August over a few, not issues, sort of uncertainty on how to use the app I thought at one time I should have added him to family and friends its a whole new world to me and in fairness to Leighton he took his time to guide us through the ins and outs of the app making it a lot clearer even to me.
Overall I think we had a good product at a fair price installed well, and we are both very happy with our service form GRC and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We shopped around about 4 other companies similar set up but once we started talking to GRC we felt very early on that they would get our business, just felt no pressure sales pitch, and professional.
A special thank you to Leighton and Tom so glad we went with GRC a big thank you to the scaffs and the install team great job.

An amazing company being so helpful and after service is amazing . Feel great to be green and look at the savings we make being pro active on app ! We have introduced them to dozens of our families and friends and very positive feedback!! Thanks Andy and team for our environment 🫡

I recently got additional batteries from GRC Solar, since having the system they have been so helpful throughout the SEG application which was done by Elliott. We bought 2 additional batteries at a great price through Andrew an couldn’t thank these guys enough! Thanks again GRC
