After another, well lost count of the attempts today, several attempts have finally been able to cancel, NOT UNSUBSCRIBE because they trick you into cancelling. Due to their trickery I believe I will not be seeing a scent of my money refunded.

The app had nothing to it. It is a waste of time and money. Customer service doesn't care if you're happy or not. They just want your money. To me the app is a scam. It was senses app. But I believe great apps brands will all be bad.

I subscribed to a program and found after several months I wasn't using it and tried to cancel my subscription.
In November 2025 - I thought I had.
Looked at my bank statement and found the subscription charges kept recurring despite:
1. Following the email instructions from greater apps.
2. Emailed back to be told to log in and cancel my subscription - couldn't. I'd cancelled my account after cancelling my subscription.
3. Finally got an email back telling me they won't refund 3 months worth of paid "subscription" fees after having cancelled.
THIS GROUP ARE CRIMINALS AND WILL UNLAWFULLY TAKE YOUR MONEY FROM YOU - DON'T SUBSCRIBE.

I purchased an app
I purchased an app, but couldn't install it. About 30 emails for both customer support, then attempts at an impossible charade that blocked cancellation time after time. I found a phone number..ha ha....turned out to be a Hair Salon.

Do NOT use this company. If I could give them a big fat zero I would. I have requested to cancel my subscription for the app for over 3 months, and I have sent at least 10 emails/messages from different channels but there is no response. I filled out their cancellation policy form, responded to their automated email with "Cancel" and still nothing. No confirmation.. no response but still charging me every month. The chat never works, you can't actually speak to anyone. Horrible customer service.
Great Apps - Beware, read the fine print & stay away
Be cautious of this company. They facilitate the charges for various apps, but they make it difficult to cancel and once they charge you, forget about getting your money back. They hide behind making people jump through hoops to do things you should be able to do on the apps.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I signed up for an app and have been trying for over a month to get access to the trial that has now renewed automatically, but I CANNOT cancel, because they keep sending a code to an email address I no longer have access to. They will not change the email on the account, give me credit, and to cancel you have to log into the email to get a code - which I cannot do! They respond sporadically - and it's either a bot or someone who doesn't read, because I keep getting the same response. I have no way to cancel this account or use it! Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!!

Do not purchase nothing from them including Neatsy AI App!!! It is overpriced and extremely user-unfriendly. After what I experienced seems a pure scam. I have been trying to cancel since start of August, yet they charged me at the end of August nearly €40 again and now refuse to refund it. The cancellation process is very difficult and seems deliberately designed to prevent users from cancelling. Support is terrible, and customer satisfaction clearly does not matter. Worst app purchase I have ever made.
