Very pleased so far with my new scooter,when I've had to phone them they are extremely helpful.Also the palletonline courier was also VERY polite and helpful ,so really couldn't ask for more.Will say that if you are in any way unable to unpack the scooter or have a friend who will,I would definitely say pay for the service where they bring ,unwrap and demonstrate ,as it was a nightmare to get it out of the box,because of the additional packing underneath,I had to rope in the poor man working in the house opposite me.I think I can honestly say I am very pleased I bought from this company.

Great customer service from Scott who went over and above to ensure my scooter arrived on time, and called me to make sure everything was ok. If you enjoy great customer service and good value for money then you won't go wrong with Great British Mobility.

Incorrect mobility scooter charger supplied, within 2hours of advising of the problem an employee had driven 30 miles from Preston withe correct charger. Now that's what I call top class customer service. Well done , I will always recommend you in future

Would recommend this company 💯 per cent they went above and beyond for me even the delivery guy was absolutely great with me I haven't been on my scooter yet but I'm sure I will brave it sooner rather than later would just like to say if you want help with a mobility scooter or wheel chair these are the guys to see .

Great service from Great British Mobility. They hold a good selection of Scooters in stock at very competative prices, are good at explaining the the pros and cons of each one and deliver on time. No hard sell,they treat the customer with respect and provide a service to help keep us mobile. Ian,who delivered my machine, could not of been more helpfull in explaining things.

Came across Great British Mobility as had serious issues with another seller of a particular mobility scooter. Called up and got through to Scott explained the situation to him and that we were desperate for the scooter and could he price match the other people. He sadly couldn’t price match as the other company were being so misleading however he did give us a really good discount.

Scott was amazing he said he could get it to us by the end of the week and explained everything so well. There was a slight delay and I mean slight like a day with the delivery however Scott called and explained everything and apologised and even chucked a little gift in for the delay.

He followed up to check in to see how we were getting on too. Fabulous service and I would recommend them very highly, quick on time and as expected.

Thanks Scott for all your help and giving my mum her independence back. Had we used you from the start she would have been whizzing around a lot lot sooner.

There is a wonderful gentleman named Scott who has been a Great help to me since I bought a mobility scooter from Great British mobility in Jan/2021.

He is extremely kind, helpful and always has my best interests at heart. Scott is an asset to the company and I really appreciate him.
