Bought tickets from Greatdeals.ae, which were rejected by the venue, no money refunded.

Later they returned the amount, but did not explained why access was denied, and telling lies that I did not visit, this is awful behaviour, blaming someone who is a victim of their atrociously ill managed business. For a Tourist, all scheduled is tightly planned, this over-deal wasted my day. They are cheap, they cannot compensate for the waste of time and inconvenience caused.

I book 4 tickets from great deal for miracle garden Dubai. When i went there I understood that they give 2 used tickets. So, I purchased new 2 ticket from the counter. Don't book from great deal site because u will get cheated. I went on 13.12.25.

Got a really great deal for IMG World Of Adventures, Dubai. Bought from them 3 Tickets for half the price, yes 50% off of the crazy official price offered by IMG. Online payment was without any hassles/lags and tickets were delivered my email instantly. Used them just a couple of hours later at the Park without any issues whatsoever.

It was a very good experience with great deals, I have gone to oman musandam trip. There is no disappointment at all..

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the recent desert safari experience I had with your company. I must mention that the driver assigned to our group was the worst driver I have ever encountered.

Firstly, let me start by saying that the overall experience was far from what was promised in your advertisements. The safari was supposed to be an exciting and memorable adventure, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail was evident from the moment we arrived.

However, the most concerning aspect of the entire experience was the behavior and driving skills of our assigned driver. Not only did he display a complete disregard for our safety, but his reckless driving put our lives at risk. He constantly exceeded the speed limits, made abrupt turns without warning, and showed no consideration for the comfort of the passengers.

Furthermore, the driver seemed disinterested and unengaged throughout the entire safari. He provided minimal information about the surroundings and failed to create an enjoyable atmosphere for the participants. His lack of enthusiasm and knowledge about the desert safari made the experience even more disappointing.

I must emphasize that the driver's behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It is crucial for a company like yours to ensure that your drivers are not only skilled but also capable of providing a positive and safe experience for your customers. Unfortunately, this was not the case during our desert safari.

I strongly urge you to take immediate action regarding this matter. It is essential that you address the issues with the driver's behavior and driving skills to prevent any future incidents and to maintain the reputation of your company. Additionally, I request a full refund for the unsatisfactory experience we endured.

I had a really bad experience at a spa in Dubai with a voucher purchased through Great Deals. I posted a review but it never got uploaded to their website for the company. I emailed Great Deals about why the review was not seen and I never received a response. Extremely rude and disrespectful behaviour. The spa was Silver Screen Spa in Al Barsha 1. Do NOT use them - full body massage excludes half of your body.
