I started working with GRF back in November. They matched me with a writer who was not at the right level for me personally and they were on top of it immediately to pair me with a writer with more experience, Claire. I HIGHLY recommend Claire Wheeler. She will go over your career experience and skill set and asks very detailed questions in order to complete an insanely impressive writeup. I'm super proud to say that 4 months later I have now accepted a position at my DREAM company and have already referred Claire/GRF to friends and colleagues.

This was my second time using GRF and like the first time they were great! I wanted a direction change from my first resumé and the almost post-coved work world and to find the best way to articulate 2020 when, like many, I was not fully employed and certainly not in my usual field. My resumé writer, Kristin, was very available, prompt and detail oriented. She was able to easily understand what I wanted to communicate and worked hard with me to create a great end result. My resume was done by Matilda Cole. Even though my situation being an expat was unusual, she did a marvelous job. She had my resume and other documents ready on or before due. She asked me detailed questions as to what I do. I was so impressed and happy with her work, and the care she put is getting to know me so she could represent me as accurately as possible. Definitely the best decision I made.

I got a complete makeover of my profile with help from Phillip Brady who was assigned to me for my project. He was terrific throughout the process. He took to time to understand the depth and nuances of my 22+ years of experience and asked all the right questions. The very first draft he produced blew me away. There is no way I could have come up with something like it by doing it myself.

It was 30+ years ago since I had to write a resume and search for a job; as one can imagine, things have changed quite a bit since then. I signed up with the hope that I would get help making my strong yet unique career path shine. After nothing but silence, auto-rejections, or calls about irrelevant postings I felt stuck. I reached out to ask for assistance and did receive a rewrite which has also landed me zero leads. After I reached out to the founder, she did give some support and said I'd get a new overview which never came.

Maybe if you're senior management with a direct career timeline this system works better. However, for mid-career professionals with unconventional paths, I'd skip paying for it.

Keri was a fantastic resume writer and is appreciated the white globe services, but ultimately do not feel the serivces are worth the price tag.

I desperately wanted out of my old job and am young in my career. I turned to them on a recommendation but quickly felt the process was better aligned to a high-level, experienced employee than someone like me.

The process involves a lot of input and being able to dictate the exact next job you want. I felt it required more effort than if I redid my resume myself. At the time I was working full time, looking for a new job in my spare time and networking heavily. I just did not have the bandwidth.

I was told to make my resume pages and their recommendations typically went against every piece of advice hiring managers had given me which felt odd. It was difficult for me to trust the process and I ultimately felt it wasn’t a good fit.

It took almost 3 months for me to get all the final documents

I did attempt to express my grievances and was told I had to wait.

Overall, I just think it wasnt a good fit and based on my research there are other companies with much more affordable options and better work.
