I’m gonna start thos off by saying I didn’t order anything from them yet but I won a giveaway got shipped a slide, but noticed on delivery day I had a large box and a smaller box, they shipped my slide but also shipped me a rig, I messaged them about it once saying it must’ve been a mistake what not I don’t smoke oil so it’s useless to me. But I never got a response so I take it as it must’ve been a free gift, welk I don’t want it so I messaged about 2 weeks later asking if I could switch it out for a flower tube cuz I don’t smoke oil, and they said it must’ve been a mistake and want me to ship it back to them with my own money I gotta spend on shipping an item I didn’t ask for and they won’t switch it out just give me a discount for when I want to order from them, the free slide they sent me barely fell over standing up on my table on its side and the horn popped off the quality of the glass is terrible I will not be buying anything from a company who can’t even do simple quality control on welds of they’re glass or anything .. the slide fell maybe an inch and the horn popped off, I have slides by other artist I dropped on concrete and didn’t even chip it, terrible corner store china glass they are calling art, making replicas of actual good artist and the function sucks, terrible way to handle this situation, I see people get sent care packages and I just wanted to switch it out for something I would use and they say it was a mistake when I messaged them about it before and they said nothing so how is it mistake?

This company cheats customers like us for whom $25 for a pair of glasses is a big thing. They are cheaters and took my $25 and didn’t ship out my order. I placed the order last June 12, 2020 and I haven’t received the glasses yet. Nonsense company

Ordered with them sept 2021 and now it's January 2022 i emailed them in December for a refund however they said it was shipped January comes and i emailed again asking for tracking info and didnt receive. Its disgusting and bad customer service. Feels like im playing cats and dogs trying to find out my order info but yet they wont keep me updated or wouldnt let me get my refund. What a spam!

Misleading. It doesn't work like promised.

This "company" is garbage. They tell you that you're an ambassador and then take your money. It took over 3 months to get my order. I didn't open it and have had an ongoing email battle with their incompetent staff, which doesn't even qualify to be called customer service. Its ALL a big fat bunch of BS. Instagram is responsible for their ads and most likely a lot of unhappy people. It's disgusting how people try to make money and take advantage of others. Check out their reviews on many other sites, as well as the BBB and Google. I plan to continue to blast this as others should be warned faster!!!! To this day... and my order was started in MAY, I have had no resolution or communication that wasn't automated.

This is the most unreasonable company I’ve ever encountered, I ordered some glasses because they said I could become an ambassador for their company and they gave me a “100% off “code to use, it was completely ineffective and stole my money. And when the glasses came they were extremely small, as if for a child. And they declined a refund after I politely requested one. Don’t order from there unless you want to waste your money. Be careful.

I placed and order last year around the start of the pandemic, and while the glasses did arrive and have been amazing and comfortable to wear, it took nearly 3 months for me to get them! Ironically, they arrived on my birthday, but 3 months was a long time to wait and I was not happy about that.
Besides the unreasonable wait time, which was not aided by the pandemic in the least, the product has lasted surprisingly long and is still in good condition. I was wearing my sunglasses earlier this week, just cause I like how they look on me.
Would I have ordered them if I had known I would have to wait so long? No probably not, however I easily would have waited a month without question just to have these beauties!

This is absolutely the WORST company. I emailed them many times and I still didn't get refund on my bank account.
If you can, please avoid Greek Glasses!!!!!!!!! After the payment they will never sent you the goods and money neither.

Azienda per niente seria! Avevo ordinato e quindi pagato due paia di occhiali me ne è arrivato soltanto uno, fatti più solleciti mai una risposta se non una volta ok provvederemo e le faremo sapere ma poi sono spariti! Non ho avuto neanche i soldi indietro! Veramente vergognoso!!!!

I loved the 2 pairs that I purchased through Greek Glasses' website. The packaging was thoughtful, with the drawstring pouches, and the glasses themselves were wrapped protectively in transport. I can't wait to sport my glasses around town!
