Awful experience with the Sutton Coldfield letting branch. Good luck getting any issues resolved, they don't care and lie their way out of things. Have to agree with a previous review, Ellen is extremely rude and unhelpful.

Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE,,,I asked for a viewing of commercial building & was TRJECTEF,,,told viewings by appointment only this WEDNESDAY OR NOT AT ALL POSSIBLE another Day.
I'm a CASH BUYER,,,is this REAL,,,problem is I can't do Wednesday,,,Important meetings etc.
If this was in U.S.....Realtors would be there already.
Pitiful Service from Estate Agent.
I presume they are lining this building up for a PREFERRED CUSTOMER.
If this is the way its done in U.K....this Country in going into DEEP SLEEP.....trying yo do business in U.K...is NOT EASY in Property matters & Estate Agents like this make it near IMPOSSIBLE

Clint asked me for personal details - proof of funds for a property and my availability..then just didn’t get back to me!

When I chased him 4 days later apparently he was at the stage of getting offers for the house and only had 2 viewing slots left during working hours - none of which were suitable. Clint confirmed viewings had taken place all week already (whilst I was available to view) - really disappointing service.

The agents clearly aren’t bothered about ensuring everyone gets a fair chance to purchase a property. It seems they aren’t actually working in the best interest of the sellers (who will be funding their commission payments).

Sold our house very fast with Tamworth branch, which is obviously something to do with the market also but estate fees were fair and staff always rang back and constantly on top of the chain chasing.
Would use again if ever moved due to no complaints.

In September a property in Minworth was listed at 280000.

I have seen them raise the price of the same plot by 7500 GBP in 2 months.

I visited a property for a viewing on Friday 12th November.

Was told it was at 282500 and their office on Monday tells me it is now 287500 !! So they raised price by 5000 just over the weekend...

And this despite them having no brochure about the property..

One of the most untrustworthy out there..

I engaged Green & Company to sell my late mother's house as they sold the house opposite. Shaz came out to value the property and explained the various options I had for selling it. He helped me understand the pros and cons of each and left me to make an informed decision. During this time he was always available on the end of the phone to answer my questions. In the end I chose to sell via Modern Auction. The marketing details they listed on their website were very good. I had about 20 viewings, hosted by various branches of Green & Company, in the space of 7 days before the auction closed. The final price achieved was better than expected. Thank you Shaz and team.

avoid the Suttom Coldfield branch. Terrible service from start to finish. completely useless. By far the worst experience we have ever had with a letting agent. Terrible service from Ellen!

My Experience with Green & Co (Great Barr) has been a very bad one. I viewed a property which i liked very much and had put an offer in right after the viewing, I was told that I was the highest bidder however the vendor wishes for the viewings to go on however I would be kept updated as I was very keen on the property. The agent was very polite at the start (because we were the highest bidders) I was promised a phone call on Saturday and Monday for an update however I did not receive a call. I called them to speak to the agent however she was 'busy'. I then emailed her to which she still has not responded (its been 4 weeks) I decided to call them back and speak to another agent who had told me that the property had been sold. They are very sales orientated and just want to earn their commissions, they do not care about their customers.

I think its absolutely disguising how they the service can turn from 'i can get a good commission from you so i'm going to provide you excellent service' to 'you're no good to me now so I just wont bother communicating with you'

Made the big mistake of going with Green & Co Four Oaks. They were great up until I signed on the dotted line and since then it's been downhill. Would not use them again or recommend them. They have a heavy handed sales technique and they pressure you accept the first offer that comes along so they don't have to work to get you the best deal. It always felt as if they were working for themselves and didn't have my interests as a buyer.
