I am so happy I chose greenbank lawyers to handle my hearing loss claim. They are very responsive. I could speak to them on the phone whenever I wanted. I had a payout in 18 months, and it was a nice chunk of money. They advised 18 months at the start aswell. Really happy with how greenback handled everything. Thank you so much. Mr Akber and his team at Greenbank worked really hard to get a good result from a reluctant MOD, and for that I am very grateful. Without their hard work and dedication my claim would have been rejected, but they persisted and won through in the end.

From the start it was very professional and Amir did a fantastic job and making time to explain the claim and how the process would work. He gave me updates along the way with how the claim was going..

When there was an offer put forward. he explained all the charges again and even explained that after speaking with his team they all felt I should reject it and go for more. He did however say this was 100% my choose.

The final offer which was accepted was 20% more than the first so glad I took Amir and his teams advise.

Would recommend them to anyone not just for hearing loss but for any claim. I will be using them again if I ever need them.

I spoke with a young man who was unable to correctly record my details, and answered questions with answers to different questions, clearly unable to work off-script. Also, I'm unhappy with a company that sends docusign envelopes from a gmail address. Poor.
