I'm really impressed
I'm really impressed. The site was easy to use, with lots of good information. The transparency on the website gave me the confidence to trust them, as they are new to me.
I took time comparing and the UI was good. I appreciate how easy/flexible it was to upgrade stuff like RAM etc.
I went for a "C" grade laptop and have to say it's flawless to my eyes. Windows 11 on so no messing about upgrading. The laptop is brilliant. Also it came within 48 hours. I'm really pleased. Thanks folks, I'll definitely come back.

Excellent communication and flexibility based on my delivery date requirements.
When the product I purchased was not found to meet the quality standards they had expected on final inspection I was advised and offered an alternative purchase (of a greater value) for the same price.
Delivered in a timely manner in excellent packaging.

I had an issue with a fan on my laptop
I had an issue with a fan on my laptop. After some communication, I sent it back, and the fan was replaced, thermal paste was applied, and it is now working perfectly. 2nd purchase from them and I will buy from them again.

Bought a laptop in October
Bought a laptop in October, it had stopped working in April, less than 6 months later. Must have only used it less than 20 times and had 2 programs on it. No internet use.
Spoke to them and they offered no real help. Apart from take it to a local PC repair shop, which I did.
So, to be fair they can’t expect me to recommend them to anyone. Which I will not.

We are sorry to see this review, as this is not how we understood the support query had been left. We replied the same day with written next steps, including the option for the device to come to us for assessment, so it may simply be that our follow up email did not reach your main inbox.
For privacy reasons, we cannot discuss the full order or support history publicly. However, when you contacted us on Monday 20 April, we called back within the hour and carried out brief diagnostics with you. Based on what was described, the issue appeared to be Windows software corruption rather than a confirmed hardware fault.
As the order was outside the first 6 months when you contacted us, the sensible next step was to identify whether the issue was software related or whether the device needed physical assessment. The email we sent set out that practical route forward, starting with the quickest cost neutral software option, while also explaining how we could proceed if the device still needed to come back to us for assessment.
Day to day software use, software changes, updates, and data backup are the customer’s responsibility. Where Windows becomes corrupted, a reinstall can occasionally be required. To be helpful, we provide detailed Windows 11 reinstall guides and video guidance on our website to make this process more accessible:

For clarity, we recommend all customers keep a good backup of their data, whether the device is new, like new, or refurbished. Hardware issues can usually be investigated, but lost personal data can be much more difficult or impossible to recover. We do not offer data recovery services.
We are here to assist, but we can only move the support process forward when communication continues. From our side, we were awaiting your reply to the email sent on Monday 20 April, so we could confirm the next step.

Smooth Service
Monitor was delivered as expected. No issue encounter so process of purchasing and receiving the item was good.
The monitor is yet to be used so can't comment or rate it at the moment.

Helpful, prompt delivery and excellent product
I purchased an HP Fury a month ago and am very happy with it.
I'd been let down elsewhere for the same device but when it arrived, the specs weren't as advertised, so I phoned GreenGreen Store to check with them before purchasing this one, which was actually better and less expensive. The gentleman was very helpful and checked that it was as advertised. I ordered it, and it arrived a few days later via tracked delivery.
I've been using it for a month now and love it. I've experienced no issues and would definitely recommend GreenGreen Store to any of my friends for refurbished laptops.

We use insured courier services for all of our customer orders, and the same applies to the rare customer returns where needed. Devices are also packed in a way that helps support an additional journey back to us if required.
(In rare cases, where a customer is located very close to us and the order is heavier, we may suggest an additional collection option by exception, simply to help ensure as smooth a journey back to us as possible. For the majority of orders, this is not needed, as the standard courier route is the right fit. Any such local collection option would only ever be suggested by our side by email where appropriate, rather than being part of our standard offering.)
