These people are crooks and how they are not in prison is baffling. They basically stole $275 from me because I have yet to receive my order and they refuse to respond to any message about a refund.

Been waiting on a refund for almost a month and can't get a response from anyone about anything.

Update on April 5th..response to your comment. Nope never got my refund. I've given yall the order number and all the info needed for a refund. I have screen shots of conversations where someone said my refund was sent and that it would take 48-72 hrs to be processed. And I have yet to receive it.

A total SCAM! I was Screwed out of $230 and yes i contacted they're so called customer support many times only to be hung up on and ignored while talking on their chat line! when i first made my order these guys would phone me giving me explicate instructions on how to make payment to them super nice to me but after they got my cash thet ignored me! Very Unrepeatable Business run by Very Unrepeatable People that take advantage of people that are sick and disabled. I plan on visiting them in person in the very near future but in the meantime DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES im sure ALLAH WILL look down on these scondrels

I would Like my 230$ refund back please never got my order nothing never will do this ever again pretty much it’s a scam and the website should be banned and the person should go jail. My package was suppose to go come yesterday never did I have proof and. Everything please get back to me

Based on a Facebook ad, I decided to give this dispensary a try. I placed a $215 order on 12/27/2023. During the order placement and payment process the staff was overly eager to make sure the order was placed right. Once the order was placed, I received regular contact through text with tracking information. I was foolish to believe this was a legitimate company. The produce was supposed to arrive on 12/30/2023. When it didn't arrive I contacted them via text.They initially seemed concerned, but stopped making contact or following up. There was no concern, compassion or interest in offering a refund, a higher level of customer service, or explaining how to get a refund. I was left with no recourse but to dispute the payment (up to a 90 day wait.)
I know business van be complex and difficult when something goes wrong but you have to do better if your paying customer has an issue. Ignoring me will not make the issue go away. Honestly, I was looking forward to having a reputable company to work with. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Green Leaf Dispensary Store. You may or may not get what you ordered. Just know that this company does not have what it takes to boost their business.

Update: See the response below from Greenleaf Dispensary Store. They lie and say they don't advertise on Facebook. Further, you cannot send an email with an order number because their email does not work. My email to them was bounced back stating that there was a problem. Also note that their response does not solve the fact that they were fantastic at telling me how best to send my money to them, but horrible on the customer service end. Their email doesn't work, and they do not answer their phone.

This site needs to be shut down immediately. I placed an order and just like the others who said they prompted to pay for an additional $250 *refundable* insurance fee and some crap about a license. Who would insure a $90 thc package shipped through the mail for $250? This is obviously insurance that's separate from the insurance offered by the postage company. The regular shipping cost for my package is $40 and now they just so happen to mention $250 insurance after placing the order and providing a tracking number which I tracked to the airport. There's no transparency on their site that mentions this $250 (refundable) insurance fee. I have no doubt that all of the comments that are favorable to this company are fake. The BBB cyber crimes unit needs to investigate this site further. Perhaps they should place an order and see how smooth things go. When you contact Support, the person who presented me with the $250 insurance fee (after the fact of placing the order), is the same person to respond when I contact support, so nothing is escalated. I knew when marijuana became legal in some states, that scoundrels would think of a way to rob people of their money instead of channeling their thoughts towards something honest.

These people are thieves. I should have known when the paypal transfer was in Australian Dollars. Straight up scam with an occasional "tracking number sent" and an almost silly message from a "shipping company" that wanted another $250 for some form of "insurance". BEWARE.

Update as of 01/09/2024: After receiving this solicitous response from these folks, I wrote back to their "email" with the requested documentation and NOTHING. In fact, it appears that info@greenleafdispensary is also a bogus email. Do business with them at your peril!

SCAM! I purchased my order on 11/01/23 and spent an extra $90 for overnight delivery. Today is 11/13/23 and I have not received my order and cannot get a response from anyone. When I track my shipment the status says "on hold" (it's been on hold since 11/04/23).

Made an order 2 weeks ago and paid for overnight delivery. They instantly replied to me on chat when asking about the service and process. After a few days, logged on to chat to ask for tracking. Said that they had emailed it to me. Fell for the bait, did this 3 times and now they just don't reply to me on chat. This is for order #87739322. If I actually get the order, Ill change the review. Glad I only made a small order to test if the site was legit or not. It definitely is not legit. BEWARE!

I had to go through the reviews before buying. I was skeptical at first because of some of the negative reviews but I said I should take risk since I can’t get these medications here in Canada without a prescription. The customer service is not that bad and the was a delay in the shipping.

Scam I previously submitted a review and they responded that they were there 24/7 to assist me . Nothing has been done I got the runaround said send us a email with my purchase receipt . No response whatsoever. I don’t know how they got a good review they took 275’00 from me and have yet to make it right. Worst place ever .

This is my favorite dispensary. The selection is always amazing. The people there are really friendly and make me feel so welcome every time I stop by. Highly recommend checking them out

Best prices out of all the dispensaries in the area. They have a frequent shopper points program that you can use to get free or discounted products. And when you place an order online you get to skip the long walk-up line and go straight to the front of the line, walk in and it's ready and waiting for you at the check-in counter. So basically you can be in and out in less than 5 minutes most times if you go the online route. Plus there's usually daily deals that one can take advantage of which is a big plus as well.

Very friendly & helpful staff, quality products with a wide variety of options. Frequent discounts and great reward point options for regulars!
