Forgot to pay Dartford Crossing Fee on time. Hidden in small print is a £67 admin fee for Green Motion to send you email. Apart from that the car and rental was all pretty easy going.

Green Motion operates a car hire desk serving London Gatwick Airport (LGW), based at Gatwick Business Park, H14 Kennel Lane, Hookwood, in Horley, West Sussex. This page also covers the Crawley desk. Customers not flying into Gatwick should head directly to the Kennel Lane address (RH6 0AY). Those arriving at the airport can request an on-demand pick-up by calling the branch once baggage has been collected, with collection from bus stop 12 at the North Terminal or bus stop 9 at the South Terminal. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 06:00–22:00, including public holidays.

Excellent service ,helpful and entertaining.Easy access and shuttle.A good start and finish point.Price was better than competitors for a really good car.One thing,read the rental agreement if you are going far ,as what you have paid for 5 days covers 500 miles spread over your hire.We were saved by our last day travel being very short.

Great car for a UK road trip
I rented a red MG from Green Motion Gatwick and drove approximately 600 miles around the UK. Overall, it was a very good experience. The car was comfortable, economical and well equipped, with Android Auto, which was very useful for navigating around the country.
The automatic gearbox was occasionally a little strange when climbing hills, especially with four people and all our luggage on board. Android Auto also disconnected intermittently. However, apart from these minor issues, the car performed very well throughout the trip.
We drove from Gatwick to Haywards Heath, Stonehenge, Salisbury, the Cotswolds, Witney, north London and Cambridge before returning to Gatwick. The MG handled this extensive journey well.
Overall, I was happy with the car and would consider renting it again. Thank you for a good experience!

I hope that the important procedures can be completed online before picking up the car, so as to avoid problems on the spot, delaying time or even failure to pick up the car. To take my example this time, due to the bank, my credit card's consumption limit for pounds sterling was limited, and the deposit amount was not enough. I called the bank temporarily to solve the problem, and due to the time difference, it was delayed for a long time and almost failed. The other person who picked up the car at the same time as me also encountered a credit card problem at the scene, which delayed more time. After I picked up the car, he hasn't solved it yet.
