Best customer service I've received in a while. I've contacted Greenpan team via warranty form on their website as non-stick coating had started to peal off on two of my pans. Couple of hours later I already had an email confirming delivery of my replacement pans! I just couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently my enquiry was dealt with.

Overall I am happy with the pans. I bought my set in April but didn't use them until June. We noticed one of the frying pans had developed small pitting holes. We had taken care to use the pans as instructed and they all still looked brand new apart from the pitting. I contacted customer service and they took nearly two weeks to come back to me, They asked for photo's, which I had already sent in my first communication. I sent them all again along with other info they wanted. Good news they would replace my pan, bad news they didn't have the same pan! I should have asked for a totally new set really but I accepted the offer of a different pan. Not totally happy with the result but life goes on, it's only a pan!

We switched to GreenPan some years ago for non stick items to get away from PFAS and we have been very pleased with the quality and performance of their ceramic cookware.
However, a relatively new frying pan developed 2 pinhead sized pitting faults in the coating and, given the age of the pan, I asked for it to be replaced. It took 3 messages to get a response (they are not contactable by telephone) but when they did reply by return to my latest fairly direct message they confirmed that a replacement is on its way to me and apologised for the delay in responding.
Looking at other reviews it seems that their customer service is either brilliant or disappointing. For me, they turned things around so I have only deducted one star and will certainly continue to buy their products which I think are really good.

Agreed that the customer service isn’t very good. The coating of the pans started to come off straight away and after less than two years of use they have had to be thrown out. It took a few weeks to get a response, to basically say this is my fault

Good pans, however they seem to have tricked me into leaving a positive product review on their site... I was told i would receive a 15% discount on my next order if i left a review. I did this and went to order a new pan set.... the discount code didnt work. I contacted customer services, they took over a week to reply and were useless. I'll go spend my money elsewhere.

Bought a new product that arrived damaged. Tried to contact customer service, which was extremely poor. V unhappy!

Pan is a little heavier, but safe as free from PFA's :) .

I was a little disappointed with a couple of my pans a year after purchasing them, I emailed the customer service team who responded straight away asking some further questions and gave me some great advice (which I took on board). They then sent me an entire new set of pans which was completely unexpected but thoroughly appreciated! Pans are great, look so nice and the Green Pan customer service is brilliant!

My pink and brass pots and pans set is beautiful! Quality absolutely amazing, falling in love with cooking again. Items were shipped really quickly in eco friendly packaging which was really nice too. Huge greenpan fan

Few weeks in, really non stick and quick cooking time

The Cambridge range are the best pans I've ever used. They are very non-stick and easy to clean. They seem to heat up more quickly and the heat spreads more evenly than with my previous pans (I use a gas hob/stove). And of course, it's a real bonus that the company avoids using harmful 'forever' chemicals. Note that these pans are very lightweight which may give the impression that they aren't good quality but they are.

Absolutely zero customer service. No online chat, no phone number and no response to two emails I sent regarding an order placed. I was looking to see if I could add another item to my order (half an hour after placing it) avoid a separate delivery. Three days later I received the pans but still have not had a response to email. Companies like this that can't even follow up on a sale don't deserve to exist

We had some problems with deterioration of surface on two saucepans but Greenpan's customer service was excellent and replacements quickly organised

This is the second Featherweights Dutch oven I have purchased and they are just superb. No sticking, cooks evenly, cannot fault it. Now looking for my third :-)

Very nice cooker. I love it.
