Turned up on time. Car was clean and in excellent condition. Drivers were very polite. Great service.

Good service, at time, clean vehicle, but drivers don't speak english...

Had a great couple of drivers who were very knowledgeable about the city and gave us some great tips.
Shall be using this company next time we are in KL needing a car.

The service provided by Green Path was beyond my expectations.
The driver was right on the arrival exit door. The car was in a very good condition, and the driver was very nice and polite.

The details of our transfer from and to airport/hotel was very sucessful. We are thankful to the Green Path Transfers staff..

Arranged return airport transfers for Mahe, Seychelles. Our plane was over 2 hours late and then we were delayed further by our luggage not arriving but when we came out the driver was there waiting, about the only positive thing that happened on our outbound journey! For our return transfer the driving arrived at the hotel bang on time. Cannot fault this service for price or quality.

We used the pickup service from Suva airport to the hotel. The driver was waiting for us at the airport. It was quite late night and we told him that we were hungry. He kindly stopped at a bbq store that we could take away some food.

After spending 16 hours travelling from Europe to Vladivostok the last thing I wanted was to be ripped-off or negotiate with taxi drivers so booked a transfer with Green Path Transfers.

After picking up my luggage and exiting customs the taxi driver was easily identifiable as he was holding a large card with my name on it. The taxi was parked just outside the airport. The driver was very courteous and asked whether I was comfortable in the taxi, whether the temperature was ok, etc. and, even with my limited Russian and his limited English he pointed out some of the sites, etc. and was very friendly.

I would definitely recommend this company and will happily book them for future airport transfers.

On arriving at Nha Trang Airport the Green Path Transfer Driver was easy to find and brought the mini bus to us. The mini bus was in good condition and the ride to Nha Trang was very comfortable. The return journey to the airport was perfect, driver picked us up on time, mini bus again very comfortable and the driver very courteous. Will definitely use this service again.

Both the driver that picked us up from airport as well as the one who dropped us back off were very friendly and helpful and they arrived on time as expected. The car they sent was really clean and comfortable. My son even got a bit car sick and the driver was really so nice about it. I would definitely use this company again.

Booked the greenpath transfer for airport transfer (round trip) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Driver picked up on time and dropped us at the indicated hotel. Asked the driver about the pick up time for the next day, he said he knew nothing. Tried to get in touch with them (the emergency number provided), no one picked up the call. Only called back at 10pm at night!!! Ridiculously, he said we only booked one way trip (from airport to hotel) so he cant organised someone to pick us up the next morning! Called back and forth a few times as he mentioned he couldnt find anything in their system! Ended up providing "evidence" to him (voucher from greenpath). Called me back at 11pm and said he only received confirmation from greenpath! Definitely not a good experience!

IN Hong Kong the transfers work seamlessly. However, on arrival in Taipei there was no one to meet us. Had to ring the company to find out whats happening. Eventually the driver turned up. On the return trip everything was good.

We arrived in Da Nang, Vietnam in November 2016, with hotel transfers booked with GreenPath. Unfortunately, no one was waiting to pick us up at the airport. We waited about 15 minutes until a very lovely bystander asked if we were ok. We told her our hotel transfer wasn't there so she called the emergency number on our booking itinerary for us. They simply told her that the driver was at the airport. This was untrue! About 15 minutes later, our driver did turn up and said there was bad traffic, that's why he was late. Again, this was also untrue as the traffic entering and leaving the airport (and around the main town) was minimal. Our driver also did not know where our hotel was and had to stop and ask for directions.

On return from our holiday, I contacted GreenPath after receiving their email about leaving feedback on here (noting that if we were happy with the service, then to leave feedback, but if you weren't happy, then to contact them via email). Unfortunately again, we have not received any communication from the company since sending the email which is very disappointing.

Airport transfers need to be professional and reliable to and from the airport. Sadly, I would not recommend booking with this company to anyone. Steer clear, book with someone else and save yourself the grief and worry.

A massive thank you to Green Path transfers for an easy, honest and reliable service. We got to Kuala Lumper airport at 4:30pm and by the time we got through customs and picked up our bags it was 6pm. We were afraid that our ride went however our driver was patiently waiting for us and we couldn't be more happy! The car was clean and conditioned which was a must despite the hot humid air. We were so pleased that we just had to book a return transfer to the airport on our last day. The driver was waiting 20 min prior at our hotel before our
scheduled appointment and got us to the airport on time. I couldn't be more happy! Thank you once again green path! We will definitely book you again in the future!

We used the service from and to KLIA and they were reliable and received good professional service. We were impressed that on our original booking we miss quoted the flight number and this was picked up by them and duly amended the booking. On arrival the agent was waiting at the exit with our name card and took less than ten minutes to the van and the agent accompanied us all the way. Pick up from hotel was on time and the driver assisted up with our suitcases. Would cetrainly use them in our future travel and they are reasonably priced

Hi booked a return trip online and was picked up from the airport as scheduled. For the return trip to the airport the driver was a few minutes late, which is ok, but as usually drivers are rather 5min early than late I tried calling just to confirm someone was actually coming. I called both their main line and their "emergency" number twice but nobody ever picked up. What's the sense of having an "emergency" number when nobody answers? Given it was the return trip to the airport we got quite nervous if anyone would come which isn't a great experience. Finally, the driver showed up (a very nice person) but they need to get their operations together. Not sure I would use them again next time.

The process required very little on my part. Once booked, Green Path Transfers looked after the rest. I was greeted by their Team Leader at the airport who introduced me to my driver. Both drivers (airport pickup and hotel pickup) were friendly, the vehicle was clean and I have nothing but praise for this transfer experience. I'd definitely recommend this vendor and I would use them again.
