Greenvision Energy Reviews 

In December 2023 Greenvision Energy supplied and fitted a Dimplex night store heater for us. This proved to have certain functional imperfections, but though it was not their fault, as the retailer Greenvision was exemplary in its dealing with Dimplex on our behalf, persisting until there was a satisfactory outcome. They kept us fully and promptly informed at every stage as to how things were progressing, and we felt all along that they were working for us and that the problem would be solved - as indeed it was. I would feel very confident in using Greenvision again, knowing how well they look after their customers.

NEW HEATERS
We have just updated 5 heaters circa 1988 to the new quantum heaters through Greenvision from start to finish all was very good.
The electrician and his mate were very efficient and cleaned up afterwards.
Our cost of night time electricity has already come down ,they are now in sleep mode as I call it ready for the cold winter.

I tried to obtain advice and assistance from this company regarding improving my domestic heating arrangements . I was subject to a rather hostile telephone interview , where I felt unable to discuss my plans positively with the agent. I then was emailed a raft of very expensive quotations none of which met my needs.
There followed a visit from a pleasant Domestic Heating Assessor , who collected further details about my property as requested by Greenvision Sales.
She was not a Greenvision employee and was unable to provide me with the details I needed about the products I was planning to purchase.
The website fails to provide adequate information about the products supplied or their costs.

First rate service from start to finish. Mate who installed the new heaters was courteous and professional throughout.

Storage Heaters
Had my mothers 40 year old storage heaters replace with new ones from Green vision. No problems all removed, installed within a few hours, everything left clean and tidy. Fingers crossed they now reduce my mothers electricity bills

I recently hired Greenvision Energy to install Herschel infrared panel heaters in my house (after they installed hot water cylinder a few months ago), and I couldn't be happier with the results. The installation was carried out throughout the house with great precision and efficiency. The team was incredibly friendly and professional, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. While there was an issue with one of the heaters, the team went above and beyond to resolve the problem promptly and effectively. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. I highly recommend Greenvision Energy for anyone in need of heating solutions.

The 2 guys Dan and Matty were brilliant very efficient, it couldn't have been a wetter day for them.They had the heaters fitted by mid afternoon.l also happy with the result. You always wonder how it's going to go but Greenvision were brilliant from start to finish not forgetting Sharon who was most efficient on the phone.

The aftercare from Greenvision is excellent. Twice I have asked for support with Jenny from Greenvision spending time and consideration, talking me through what to do. This support is so valuable. It is wonderful that I can call on Greenvision and get that support very quickly.

After some initial delays getting the survey done, Greenvision were quick with the quote ( it was lower than estimate) friendly informative and patient. Plenty of reminders of the installation date. Engineer arrived on time and started work immediately and boy could that lad work, didn't stop all day. There were a couple of snags we had to work around that the surveyor had missed (sub-contractor I believe) Mate sorted these out and I reported them to Greenvision. In all 3 Quantum 150RF to replace ancient storage heaters and one Downflow fan heater fitted, all old equipment and rubble removed and cleaned up afterwards. New heaters are infinitely controllable. The house has not been so warm in ages, it remains to be seen if these save any money but for the moment I am happy with the result.

On installation day everyone arrived, everyone was cheerful, kind and thoughtful. The job was completed in half the time everywhere was left clean and tidy. The following day after the heaters were installed the rooms were toasty warm and the whole house seemed brighter. The heaters are smaller and more modern than the old radiators and they give the cottage a more modern feel. I am so pleased and no boiler to get serviced or worry about anymore. Fabulous. !!!

My old storage heater stopped working after 35 years and I wanted a replacement. My energy supplier EDF recommended Greenvision Energy. What I really liked was that Greenvision arranged everything. My old storage heater was removed to be recycled and new one put in its place. It took about 2 hours for the new storage heater to be fitted. It all works well and my house is now nice and warm again!

Having bought from Greenview previously,I have just had a radiator installed in the bedroom and a storage heater removed. Really pleased,reduces electricity bill! The staff are so helpful, Sharon has an excellent telephone manner and goes the extra mile, ensuring all is in order. Steve the engineer was quick and efficient and Brian was helpful as always! So lovely to get good service for a change!

Greenvision were recommended by my energy supplier to remove old night storage and replace with a green alternative. The agents were all helpful and very knowledgeable happy to discuss my requirements in detail. After a site visit and quote a Dimplex quantum smart heating system was installed, better value than a heat pump, much warmer and easier to control. The engineer was great quick and efficient with no mess.

We found Greenvision efficient and friendly and are especially grateful to Brian and Sharon. Sharon rapidly responded to all telephone enquiries and kept us fully informed throughout the project of replacing our old nightstore heaters. Brian, the engineer, who carried out the initial survey and then the installation of the new Dimplex Quantum heaters was polite, professional, informative and very tidy in his workmanship. They are both a credit to Greenvision. In this day and age other companies would do well to follow Greenvision's ethics.

Very professional service from start to finish. Prompt response to my enquiry and very helpful advice on my replacement electric storage heaters. Regular updates on progress with survey arranged within a week and installation within a month of my order. The installation of 5 replacement heaters and a new electric radiator went ahead as planned with no mess. Aftercare service also good with detailed instructions provided on operation.

Great service from start to finish. Sales explained all relevant information in a simple to understand way. Fitting went ahead as planned. Engineer did a great job no mess, fitted 2 heaters where others had been.

Great communication from beginning. Sharon answered all my questions and then Dan came along and installed new storage heaters and took away old ones. It took half a day and the whole process was pain free. Excellent company to do business with and I would highly recommend.

Unreliable from the start. On line survey booked. This never happened & no contact to cancel the appointment. Very disappointing.

Brilliant customer service from real people.

I have just placed a 'supply only' order today, having had conversations with both Amanda and Jenny over the last week or so. Both of them were really helpful and phoned back very promptly with answers to my queries.

Jenny has just arranged the delivery for the date I requested, and chosen a carrier where we will get an am/pm slot. When we set the date she said 'that's a day I'm working so I'll be able to check myself on timings'.

Fingers crossed that the order arrives as expected and everything is ok.....but I would have confidence that if there were problems they would be quickly resolved.

Wasn't impressed they gave me a quote (estimate) then asked me to do a survey and when completed the new estimate went up over £200. When the final quote arrived it had on it maybe further costs due to old circuit board so I asked for a true fixed quote but they wouldn't commit. So I asked for someone from the company (expert) to inspect my house for a quote but they wanted to charge me. I've never had a tradesmen want to charge me for inspecting my house for a job to quote me a price. I went elsewhere
