Distributor is absolute garbage. I've ordered lights 4 days ago and have not received any tracking information. The website states that they will ship in a certain amount of time and that is not even remotely the case. If you try and click on the live 24/7 chat option it is not available. I would highly discourage individuals from ordering from this site. If I can give it a negative five I definitely would!

Fake product low quality I received 4 light for my Porsche cayenne try to return back no response please don’t buy

Sent puddle lights that were not compatible with my car. Adapter included would not fit into their light. Several emails back and forth, finally they said I had to return the product to CHINA! Deceptive. Avoid.

Well to start took ten days to arrive and then the wrong product

The door lights are a standard fitting for all c250 cdi so can't be that hard to source the correct item.
Email box is full so can't email them back and fore on messager ? Like really that's how you operate?
I have given up on welcome lights second company same rubbish. Same problems now time to fight for a refund.

Ordered a greetlight for Alfa Mito in white. Received Guiletta in colour. Couldn't be more wrong. Sent several emails with copy of order and pictures. Zero response. Yet another company who doesn't care once goods are paid for. Stay away.

They sent me visibly used lights (brownish cast on connectors), the cover plastic was chipped, probably by some previous installation attempt. Customer service only responded once offering me 10% discount. I wanted new lights offering to send these used back on their expenses or at least send me new red plastic covers. No response...

I ordered the greetlamp for my Porsche but doesn’t fit and the quality is blow poor. Not to recommend at all.

They also sent me the wrong light and will not reply to emails asking how to exchange them. ..do not buy from this company !!

I ordered this accessory for my Maserati Granturismo Sport 2014 but it does not fit. The dimensions are not correct and the connectors are not suitable:

Scammers! Incredible how there exists con artists like this one sending incorrect products and even worse not having a good customer service team to fix their mistakes

I purchased the Porsche projection lights for my 21 year old Paramera from greylight, they are great, my only regret was not receiving it before Christmas, I paid for fast shipping but after communication Anna refunded me the extra delivery fee, very quick response!

I ordered the product and always saying is shipping tomorrow, 1 week no tracking number.

This company are absolute con artists.Obviously Chinese, they sell puddle lights. I bought two sets and when they arrived, they were the wrong product .The asked for proof of them installed- difficult ifthey are the wrong product!! They refused to communicate when I asked for a refund.

total scam artists and allowed to advertise on Instagram- they also sell on Amazon!!

If if could give this company a negative star I certainly would. I ordered some car door "puddle" lights but they sent me the wrong product. A much cheaper product. Now they will not respond at all for a return or refund. Terrible company. Please don't fall for this company and buy something from them like I did.

I am literally on the phone with my credit card company to report this charge. I’m having the exact issues as other customers - non compatible lights and they have stopped responding to my emails. Then the website is not longer active.

Misleading and non responsive so I was trying to cancel because the lights won’t fit my car even though the site said it would . I emailed them plenty of times and still no response for my refund . Never will use them again.
