Poor quality. Tried or return but they have so many conditions it’s not worth it. Rubbish. I had to buy more glasses from another source at a third of price but much better quality. Don’t waste money. Mrs Adamson

I've now made two purchases of recycled wine glasses by Grehom. I really like the feel of the glasses but I'm afraid I can't recommend them. A couple of weeks ago, my wife found one of our glasses had shattered when immersed in hot water. I wrote to Grehom, explaining all this, and included photos of the damaged glassware. A week later, the same thing happened - twice! So my set of 6 large wine glasses is now reduced to 3, and I felt compelled to write to Grehom again. They apologised but said they had had "no complaints from other customers." Ah well....

We concur with the recent review about poor quality goods and service from this company. We bought a lamp from them which developed a severe fault at the switch so you got an electric shock every time touching - very, very dangerous.

They expected us to package a very heavy glass lamp to return it and expect it to be not damaged in transit.

Eventually they gave a refund but only because I as the partner of the buyer have a background in consumer law and know my rights.

A year on. having had to eventually chuck the previous one after only I think a year or so use, we wanted another so my partner went back to the company, prepared to give them another chance as she particularly liked the design and style.

They took her money, left it 2 weeks, then nastily wrote cancelling the order. They should have been grateful a customer was prepared to trust them again and part with over £100. What a despicable company. Obviously they have no faith in their own goods, and the electrical fault of before was probably not a one off. Fortunately we have now found another lamp with another company who appreciate their customers. Grehom deserve to go under.

Unfortunately there were four inaccuracies/bubbles in the glass, one on the edge so very visible and vulnerable. No mentioning of this in the Product description.
I contacted customer support and was asked to return the bowl at my own cost. After a few emails back and forth, they offered to pay but at that point, the damage had already been done.
I understand that things go wrong but at least make the customer experience a good one. I will not be returning when I can't be sure of the product quality and service.

I purchased a number of glasses from Grehom in November 21 and recently made a complaint to Grehom regarding the suitability of their tumblers in the dishwasher. Despite reporting on their website they are dishwasher safe, my tumblers are cloudy and now unsightly. I have requested two glasses as a replacement but they are hell-bent on passing the blame. I have begged the question as to why ALL my other glasses are not marked or cloudy. I will not be using this company again.

Very please with the hard to find recycled glass goblets I ordered. They were just as described with the minor flaws Grehom mentioned only really noticeable if you look closely. They came promptly by Royal Mail and were extremely well packed.
