Diabolical service - do not order anything from this Company/website.
I ordered 3 x pair sandals same style different colours. When arrived only 1 pair of sandals was actually what I ordered, 2 other pairs were cheap, nasty flip flops and not what I ordered.
Upon complaining I requested a full refund but was offered a 10% discount (£5.00) and a voucher to use on other items. They said they could not provide a returns service as too expensive and any return would be at my expense. The 2 incorrect pairs hit the bin as rubbish - you have been warned. Don’t entertain this Company as they take your money and don’t even send what was ordered!!!

I am a pensioner Who has just lost her husband very suddenly so I cannot afford to loose my money, I was treating my daughter as she has been my crutch. I had never heard of this Grensonmall company but looking at their site it appears professional. I am absolutely gutted.
New high prices for last year's stock
Grenson men quincy cowskin men sandal all through winter they have been reduced from £195 to £59 now summer on way put them back up to £195 so basically £195 for last years stock..They don't think customers notice
I have owned a pair of Grenson sneakers…
I have owned a pair of Grenson sneakers for just over a year. I walk around 10k steps per day. They were uncomfortable out of the box (size OK but really inflexible and stiff). I tried to persevere assuming they would wear-in but I have eventually given up and switched brand to the relief of my feet. I will not buy their shoes again.
Really positive experience
I had a really positive experience with Grenson’s customer service.
Yesterday afternoon I messaged to ask about replacement laces for my G70 sneakers. Within a few hours they replied with the correct options and even sent a photo so I could confirm. Once I did, they asked for my address and offered to send a couple of pairs in the post.
Given this, I’m surprised to see so many negative comments about their service.
I’ve been wearing Grenson shoes for around 20 years (I still have my first pair from the tiny Liverpool Street shop), and both the quality and service have always been excellent.
Exceptional Customer service
This is what customer service should be in 2026, sent email, got a reply next day, polite, explained situation, sent replacement (my fault I ordered wrong product), I emailed back and they truly exceeded my expectations. Seriously I could not be happier with the level of service, the thing that amazed me was this was all over a pair of £7.99 laces!!! Thanks Grenson, I have 3 pairs and will be buying more if they didn't last so long!
My new shoes are exquisite
My new shoes are exquisite. I have a lot of shoes and always buy quality. These are easily in my top 5. Sturdy but really comfortable. Beautifully made- with attention to detail. Very stylish. Leather sole is perfect for dancing. Even the box looks great. I usually wear a 6 bought a 5.5 and it fits perfectly. I purchased in the sale so a total bargain, but would buy at full price as they are exceptional.
Awful Customer Services
What a terrible Customer Service experience. Having bought previously from Grenson don't waste your money, the soles were so flat and hard. Not to mention me being accused off my parcel arriving when infact it went to a completely different address! Grenson did not believe me had to fight on email to get a refund. DPD driver told me second time that new driver didn't know area. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS GRENSON! I even resorted to emailing CEO did he respond, No. Speaks volumes about this brand. No UK phone number either. Most stressful purchase I've had and never again. Go to Lanx better quality boots and I'm sure a lot more helpful too.

To anyone looking for a pair of genuine, ‘Goodyear Welted’ shoes, I can’t recommend Grenson enough! I have purchased countless pairs from them and I have 99% of the time been 120% satisfied with the quality. Anyone who has any common sense will know that sometimes things aren’t perfect!… but I can honestly tell anyone who wants to listen that on the extremely rare occasion that I have not been completely satisfied, I have contacted Grenson and they have always gone above and beyond to resolve my issue. Derek, the General Manager, has personally gone above and beyond, on the rare occasion when I have experienced any sort of issue and made a point of resolving immediately! I consider his professionalism and support to be equal to the quality of the shoes, which is why I can honestly say that I will never buy shoes from anyone other than Grenson. He is a throwback to a generation when relationships meant something and the shoes that Grenson produces are sensational!

I was offered a 10% refund. Not enough to buy a cup of coffee!
I could send them back to china at my expense though! Also quality was not good .
Appalling customer service - never again
I've shopped with Grenson for years and usually love their products - but as with most people on here, after dealing with their customer "service" or lack thereof, I will never shop with them again. Truly appalling - zero common sense, rude, and just difficult. For a supposedly high quality brand - having inept customer service (with no support number) is terrible. Never again.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company on an expedited delivery on the 17th January 2026 and have received nothing, just multiple emails asking me to complete my order, despite me chasing them up. Payment was taken from my bank account so I can only conclude that this is a scam company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from them
Poor service
I’ve owned shoes and boots from this company for a number of years without issue. However, I recently purchased two pairs of boots , one for myself and one for my husband. Both boots were of poor quality and they were returned. As per other reviews, Grenson may have a customer service department, but they have no clue on customer service. I haven’t spoke to a single person, who has had a positive experience with this company when facing an issue, which is a real shame. I can’t imagine any customer who has had the misfortune of contacting Grenson, being return customers, I certainly know I won’t be.
Avoid at all costs, there are better companies out there, that will appreciate your spend with them.
Very very poor customer service
Very very poor customer service. Quality of products not as good as depicted in the website pictures. No free domestic shipping for such expensive shoes. I have sent a return over two weeks ago and I still haven’t received any acknowledgement of return nor the refund. I have emailed the company and no reply. No response from the contact number either and the website help form also doesn’t work. You can’t even return products bought online to one of their stores. The entire customer experience is so poor I wonder how this company has survived this long and has so many outlets at such prime locations. Would avoid like the plague.

Bought a pair of Nate loafers before Christmas but decided the shape wasn’t for me so shoes were returned to Grenson , so far so good you’d think , I am still waiting for my refund and any communication is just an automated email,I must admit my heart sank when I discovered they have no telephone number for after sales and after reading the reviews on here I wonder if I will ever receive my money .Never ever from Grenson again.
My first Grenson disappointment
I’ve owned several pairs of women’s Grenson shoes and was really excited to buy a pair of chunky boat shoes last February. I’ve tried again and again to break them in, but they are the most cripplingly uncomfortable and painful shoes I’ve ever worn. My other Grensons feel like slippers, but these are awful. The issue isn’t the width or the length—it’s the sole. So after trying to wear them again today, I give up- after ten months, I’m left with an expensive pair of shoes I simply can’t wear.

Very unimpressed
I ordered boots on Wednesday for same day despatch and eventually received an automated email on Sunday to let me know that my order is being got ready. As I had not received them when I needed them I have been trying to get in touch with Customer Service to get some clarity but their CS is abysmal. No phone number, just patronising automated messages and blatant contempt for customers. I am very disappointed and annoyed that a supposedly high calibre company treats its customers with such disrespect. I have no need for the boots if they ever arrive and am looking to the refund process of my £300 with some trepidation. Terrible experience, extremely bad service, can't comment on the shoes - haven't got them! No stars from me.
