Just ordered a kitchen from Grillo. So far their customer service has been excellent with Layla answering my numerous questions with speed and patience. Looking forward to the installation.

What an incredible product, service and customer experience! We have been so impressed with the quality of the kitchen, the guidance and support through the design and decision making phase, the install itself and now to enjoying our outdoor kitchen in our home. It looks absolutely amazing in our backyard, works like a dream, is easy to clean and is ready for a summer of entertaining. The team installing our kitchen were meticulous in their attention to detail, and the end result just speaks for itself. highly recommend this product and this company to others; it is definitely the real deal!

Always read trust pilot reviews but never write them. Just got an outdoor kitchen from these guys. I cannot speak more highly of this company. From doing an initial design sketch on their website, to speaking to James in sales, Dominique in design and then Jon and Sharon who installed it. First class service, first class product and first class quality. Fantastic from start to finish. Anyone looking for a high quality outdoor kitchen then this is the place to go.

We are delighted with our new Grillo kitchen. The whole process was very easy from online configuration, tailoring our order with help from Layla and a very slick installation. Once we had found Grillo, no other outdoor kitchen came close. We will get years of pleasure from this. Highly recommended.

The quality and finish of the kitchen is outstanding! Layla talked us through ordering and was very patient and understanding of our needs. The installation team Jon and Josh were brilliant, couldnt fault them, they were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional at all times. All appliances easy to use. Every contact with Grillo has been highly professional and smooth sailing. Lucy in design was excellent and our virtual meeting meant that she could see the desire space for my kitchen. Luke was very personable & organised the delivery. John and Robert were excellent with the installation, great attention to detail & very friendly. I am extremely happy with the quality & end result of my outdoor kitchen.

Entire kitchen fitted in half a day. Perfectly positioned and dead level in both directions and it looks fantastic. I’m waiting for the electrician to come and complete the wiring but otherwise it’s up and running. I had a couple of teething issues but Grillo responded quickly to sort them out. There are plenty of cheaper alternatives out there but I’m glad I chose Grillo. Fantastic service. Fantastic product.
