Grin deceived us throughout the sales process, hiding critical information, overselling the platform, and getting us to sign a 12-month contract with auto-payments that are impossible to stop, even when scammed. We're left with a tool that fails to meet our needs and doesn't deliver what was promised.

Their "Curated lists" feature, touted as a white-glove service for creator search, is laughable. The team puts in minimal effort, delivering irrelevant or duplicate influencers. The promised robust discovery tool doesn't exist; they recently added a few search filters that are ineffective.

Grin is a resource drain, creating problems instead of solving them. They excel at cold selling and misleading demos, coercing small businesses into a 12 month contract. The reality is far from what's promised.

Avoid Grin and save yourself the frustration and wasted money. You'll likely end up trapped in a long-term contract for a product that fails to deliver.

Gaslighting masters & gimmicky software. GRIN advertises performance analytics and just tracks coupon codes, which inevitably is shared on the internet, to then showcase that code as ROI.

Then when you try to get out of the contract as advised, to send a 30-day notice... Their legal gets aggressive with scare tactics. Let's Play Ball!

Avoid Grin at all COSTS!

First I can earn some money but then they want me to pay back that money, they said that I can get back more money, I did not do this, Its a big scam

I worked for them two weeks ago, I have some money blocked with them in my account, they ask me to invest quite a large amount to come and block you, and I don't know if they are reliable, if I should continue, what do you advise me? What could I do to get my money back?

This company hires people to like videos, that trustworthy outreach it provides!
And spamming nonstop people for gathering employees, while they got the contact details illegally. Total fraud! Somebody should sue them

Continual spam emails I didn’t sign up for!

They are very good at cold selling, demo, etc - and coherse small businesses into signing a 12-MONTH contract (you can't get out, even if their service is off).

Since Meta changed its policies, their creator search and curated list are basically handicapped but they would keep charging you for the reminder of the contract (auto-renewal, another trick) - very smart they know how to squeeze the demand and take advantage of small businesses to maximize their profit.

Grin is also glitchy at times especially when syncing with Shopify; but you ask your account manager, they always blame something else...lol...

keep all the evidence and request a chargeback from your bank or credit card they are usually fair and help correct such injustice.

Horrible!!! They really prey on small businesses and slam you into contracts they make impossible to get out of. Please don’t let this company scam you. That’s what they do best.

A scam company whose Software does not work properly and they do not help with Onboarding, making it almost impossible to work with them.... expect for the part of taking your money.

Grin does a great job of masking their reviews across the web. Everyone that has used them despises them. They'll stick you in a year contract and not let you out, even after admitting I signed up at a "bad point of Grins history" when lots of change was happening on the platform.

It is a jumbled up mess pile of SAAS. Way too much levels of detail everywhere so you end up never knowing what to do. Campaigns, Activations or Partnership, which should I do? Once you do one, you find out you should've done a different one.

Their staff is as crappy as their SAAS. Don't get with them, so many other companies that do what their software is supposed to aid you in doing for less.

As a CEO of a company, I rarely write bad reviews, because I know their impact on future business. However, I feel obligated to write this one to warn others. Grin has been a terrible experience from top to bottom. Everything they sold to us in the beginning has since been taken away and they are trying to market it to me that these lack of features is somehow actually a benefit. We have requested cancellation for months now and are told it is being worked on, but nothing actually comes of it. They just keep charging our card no matter what. Yesterday, another charge on our card without any end in sight... Stay away, there are much better companies out there to work with.
