J’ai commandé un pneu pour ma Vespa avec flan blancs, je le reçoit tout noir, je refuse la commande au transporteur, et voici que presque 1 mois après, je n’ai pas encore été rembourser! Je ne recommande pas ce site!!

Bought tires and they aren't round
Bought 4 winter tires and had them delivered and mounted at partner garage. Went for a drive and the car shakes badly at 120kmh +
Retuned to garage and they checked everything and rebalanced. Still have the shakes so the garage indicates one or more of the tires is not perfectly round. Created ticket with gripp500 and a very long delay in communication. They say they will do nothing as the tires have been mounted. Of course they have been mounted what is the purpose of a tire? How would anyone know if there was a defect without mounting and trying. Beware buying cheap tires at a discount apparently you get what you pay for and gripp500 does not have any customer service. The person I deal with has no comprehension of tire terms or defects and can only repeat what the terms of sale say. Would never buy again from this company.
- car is new with 4000klm so it's not a vehicle related problem. It's the tire!

Edit to gripp reply. I'm not asking to return them but at least some financial consideration so I can purchase another. Of course the manufacturer doesn't know about the defect! You wouldn't know until they're mounted. Again a reply from someone who has no understanding of anything tire related. If you buy a dishwasher and install it and it doesn't work of course the manufacturer will repair/replace. External problems??? The car is new! The tires were fitted at your partner garage and checked twice! Wouldn't it make sense if gripp had a partner garage you trust and have vetted.

Unfortunately we can not take goods back once fitted, nor can we accept any claim. To be able to accept the claim we need confirmation from the manufacturer that the problem with the goods is indeed due to a manufacturing fault and not due to an external reason.

Pour la recherche des pneus c'est vraiment très bien fait : on a toutes les données en quelques clics. Les prix sont également plus bas pour le même produit qu'ailleurs. La livraison rapide dans les temps. Je suis très content d'avoir fait cet achat.
