Please Please Stop!!!! Please DO NOT ORDER THESE MUGS!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!! They are shipped from China and the return fee is $50/mug. That is more than the $39 you pay for a mug. Customer Service will offer you a refund of $8 for two mugs purchased. This is absurd!!! In other words, they have gotten your money and you have to pay MORE to get it back!
Now for the mugs. I am a polymer chemist. These mugs are made from a very cheap plastic material. THEY ARE NOT STONE!!!. . . As advertised. They are not dishwasher safe. The plastic will “melt” when exposed to heat. They do not have the color definition as seen in their website. They DO NOT look like a Geode. They have a metal insert that extends about half an inch above the rim of the mug. Stating that the mug is microwave safe is a lie! DO NOT PUT THESE MUGS IN A MICROWAVE!! They can cause serious damage to the microwave and to yourself if you are close to the microwave when it explodes!
These mugs look so very beautiful and enticing, but please take it from me (a sucker taken in). Pls DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THE FALSE ADVERTISING ON THE WEBSITE AS I WAS. Please pass on this and save your money.

This company is a fraud! They advertise their LuxeGem Mugs as real crystal/stone, but they are cheap plastic. They look so bad I would throw them in the trash before putting them in my kitchen. Even though they shipped to from close to where I live, they will only refund if I ship them to China. These people are thieves!

I don’t know what people are saying but I had a great experience. I purchased a music coffee mug. It showed up packed better than most local websites and arrived from China intact! Quality was awesome and the whole experience was amazing.

Very disappointed in this product. It is nothing like the photos they show and is not microwave safe as there is a metal insert. It looks like something a fourth grader made in crafts class. And now I can’t find anything so that I can return it.

If a zero star can be they earned it! Cheap, lighter than the plastic they are likely from, and when I asked to return the 79.00 purchase to Cali where they shipped from they said to ship it to China. Such bs. They give you a few bucks back! $15 they offered? Did not like them. Gave them to church charity boxes with crayons in them and a coloring book. Npt real feeling or weighing at all.

I ordered two of the luxe mugs what I received was not they pictured in the add. I know better than to order anything from a company in china it’s almost always a rip off. These mugs were supposed be be a work of art, a 5 year old child could have done better. Also they were advertised to be microwave safe, wrong they have metal inserts can’t be used in a microwave. If you return them it will cost more than their worth.

What a piece of shit plastic fake Chrystal mineral mug stupidly painted from China. I threw it away. What a lie. I'm stopping my Christmas purchase as per credit card because of fraud.

The worst purchase! I got a blue plastic-cast mug with a metal insert to hold liquid. No rock, no crystal. The video on the website showing harvesting and milling of rock crystal is a lie. I only wish I could give negative stars. I wish I had checked reviews before I purchased multiples for Christmas gifts (my bad--I know better) but I was seduced by the beautiful photos of someone else's product.

Praise The Lord I looked at them BEFORE sending them as gifts! It looks like a 2 year old did it!!!! And I ORDERED 4!!!!! I’m fuming!!!! NOT like the beautiful pic I saw of the blue one which I loved, this “thing” has an ugly tan paint on top (which is supposed to be the gold) and that same tan runs down the blue, it’s not see through, it doesn’t have the “cut out look to see inside the stone”, it’s so small. I literally just held up my pink flower hair clip and it’s the same size! What an embarrassment! I always take a pic of what I bought and it didn’t have an order number in case I wanted to return - WHICH I DO! It’s from: Meng Zhao, 735 Figueroa St, Los Angeles 90017. I paid over $100 for crap!

never received my order but they took my money! What a rip off company. DO NOT ORDER from this company they will steal your money and give you no product. Then blame the shipping company or you the puchaser for their mistakes. this company is a joke! a Fraud!

I paid almost $50 dollars for this complete piece of crap they sell as "Grishay Eternal Wave." How Grishay and these other scam sites are still in business I will never know. The photo of this product shows something that looks like it is a clear with lovely blue coloring piece of art with the sub shining through it. What was delivered to me weeks and weeks after I ordered was a cheesy piece of flat plastic plastic that was nothing like the photo represented on the site. Now they are offering me $8.00 to accept what they sent me instead of mailing it back at my own expense to a foreign country (even though it was mailed from California. This company is and always will be a scam. Unless you want to get ripped off, stay away from this business and definitely don't buy this overpriced piece of plastic.

This experience was a total disaster! Just read prior reviews! Have disputed charge to my bank, and plan to report to FTC. Do not order anything from these people. It is a Chinese scam.

Bought glasses, progressive. Received readers, the type you can get at 99 Cent stores. Just plain fraud. Avoid at all cost. What a ripoff.

I did buy three Outfanny Ergoseat cushions, because sitting was painful. I fell and cracked my tailbone, and this has actually helped because nothing else did. BUT it took forever to get here once it arrived from China because it sat in California for well over a week, according to their tracking label, saying it was waiting for UPSP to pick it up. I had to send three emails to the company asking why the move was taking so long. The issue was that neither UPSP nor FedEx nor DHL's tracking label number matched anything here. For it to be correctly tracked within the US, UPSP must apply their own tracking label. It is helping, and it did arrive in the end. I doubt I would use them again for another order.

they are a Chinese company that sells junk and will not give refunds. you cant even get in touch with them.

I mistakenly bought 2 pairs of shoes that sounded wonderful. My shipping address is a P.O. Box. They shipped my shoes but then returned them since they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. There was no mention of this. I asked for a refund and they refused. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company for the total amount. They offered $25 and said they’re refunding my shipping charges. I have not received the shoes. At this point I do not want them. I am confident my credit card company will prevail. They say in their email they will not refund me even though I have never received the shoes. These people are from mainland China and are not to be trusted. I will look at things more carefully in the future. It never occurred to me that I would be charged for something never received. Stay away from these crooks

Abosulutely, do not buy from them. bought 2 prs. of shoes from Libiyi website for $91.98 in my regular size and are way to narrow. Cannot wear them. They asked me to return them and would need to pay anywhere from $50 to $80 to ship back to China. If I knew that from the start, I would have never bought them. they offered me an $8 refund. when I refused they offered $25, which I refused. This is NOT how customers should be treated.

Glasses do not work at all. Can't return them because they cost as much to ship back....all the way to their "warehouse" as the purchase price. They require a tracking # which is $63 by itself.
Company is a scam!!!!!
