The website for creating the design is a little confusing and difficult to use (but I'm 65, so take that with a grain of salt!). Otherwise the system was smooth and the product was spot on!

I decided to try these guys after using a different manufacturer for my last couple orders. The quality was so much better. I definitely will be using these guys from now on.

Easy to personalize the label design
Easy to personalize the label design, and showed up in days. I’ll be doing designs for each of my regular beers and have the metals signs made to decorate my home bar.

Hi Bobby - The print output mimics what is either created or uploaded in our editor. There is no limit on colors but it would need to be added to the product before the order is submitted for production. Feel free to email support@grogtag.com if you need help editing your artwork such as adding more color. Cheers!

Coasters are Perfect
The tool to make coasters, while a little rough on the edges, creates great end products. This is my fourth experience with their services and I will be coming back again.

Paid extra for 3 day shipping
Paid extra for 3 day shipping, it's not supposed arrive for over a week. He/she did give a shipping refund for the issue, though. I appreciate their concern and problem solving. I wasn't expecting a respond, and I was pleasantly surprised.

Hi Mason - Sorry for the issue with the shipment. You ordered from our sister site CheapAssLabels which offers much more limited services compered to GrogTag. On the positive your order printed and shipped the next day where it normally takes 3-5 days to process CheapAssLabel orders so the order should deliver in about the same amount of time. I also refunded your shipping cost to help ease your concern about the delivery time. Cheers!
Great quality!
Great quality of printing, crisp images from my custom logo. Fast delivery as well!

Update 7/7/25:
After a week I tried to wipe off the washable markers but they left a ghost. I now read that the Crayola washable crayons are the best for these labels. I found a couple in my drawer and they wrote on nicely. It looks like they won't run if some wine drips down the bottle! I will wipe them in a week and expect they will come totally clean.
6/16/25
It was easy to create our write on labels. I love the label material which is very durable. I thought the shipping would be a little less. The dry erase markers I have didn't wipe or wash off (they maybe be old). Crayons don't write on vinyl very well but washable markers (like from Crayola) are perfect. They write on nicely and wash off cleanly! But they will run if wine drips down the bottle.

Got exactly what I expected to receive
Fair price, fast delivery, got exactly what I expected to receive. This was the only site I found that let me tweak the image centering precisely. One improvement, I would have appreciated seeing a check image of what was being printed.
