1st was contact. I sent an email and got an answer in a reasonable time. Then I seen Acapulco Gold on the menu.. Had to try it. That was my last smoke 40 years ago. Definitely did not disappoint. The smell and taste took me back along time ago. That one is good for still being able to function around the house.
Then with such a great experience for my 1st time with Grooby I had to try Afghani. This was just coming to the Southeast when I had to quit smoking. My friends loved it. So you know, now I can try it. Afghani is the bomb. ( Yes I'm old ) 1st time 2 days ago. I smoke a half joint by myself. Knocked me on my butt. It was great. Next night was the same. Slept like a baby.
Grooby is a good company to do business with. Quick shipping, I think the prices are fair. They have answered all my questions and the weed stands up.

The best support team I have dealt with in a very long time. I was only checking on my tracking to know when to expect delivery.W hen i was contacted with in 10 minures to see if there was a problem. There wasnt but great response time. If the product is half as good as the support team it will be the bomb.

This company may have great product. I dont know yet as its been 12 days since I placed my order! My order didn't arrive as the said, two- five business days. Tracking said would be delivered last Saturday. Not! So I contacted these folks. A lady re-ordeed my order. Ok, so Monday through Friday, tomorrow, will be five business days. And now im getting tracking notice my order wont be delivered till next Monday. That is 16 days!! I have emails going back and forth with them and all you get is Arlene blowing smoke!! Very nice. But covers for the company. One more thing, it sure didnt take them long to take the money out of my account!! So this is how I see it. Either they are so busy that they cant just be honest and tell you that. Or it is just a half ass run company!! They have a brand!! Branding product, then take in as many orders as they can and operate on your money until they have time or whatever! Anyway good luck if you still decide to fall for all of their branding ads!!

Garbage is what paid for. This is the driest, tasteless, colorless, and non effective weed I've ever experienced. Even when I got tricked buying oregano as a kid it had more potency than this crap. Total waste of money. DO NOT BUY THIS. You might as well.go buy a pack of reds...Marlboro's and feel a better effect.

Okay, so it seems obvious enough that if you didn't subscribe you're not going to get the best of what they've got to offer! I've been waiting for over a month for a particular strain that never shows up and all they have is limited stock with everything else!

at 69 I prefer these products for shoulder pain over narcotic medications. The quality here is excellent but what has me coming back here every time I need to order is because their customer service is excellent !!! They're friendly patient and always helpful. I've never even ordered from this website, and some lady named Freya Johnson is emailing me saying "I know you smoke weed" and spamming me daily. Their website states "we never spam" but this is the weirdest type of spam I've ever seen. It's highly inappropriate to email people saying "I saw you smoke weed". How? I've never even used your website or ordered. Such a dirty company. But dont worry, if it keep happening, I'll report it to the Florida BBB and Florida attorney generals office and the DEA that you are advertising selling and shipping "weed" across state lines.

Well, I fell for it hook, line and sinker :-( Colombian gold, Panama red, Afghani… all of these are just like any other THC a flower available. There’s nothing remotely exciting or connoisseur about these. And all three of them were on the dryer side which doesn’t make sense for a company that’s always selling out. There’s other more affordable choices for mediocre flower.

Also received a $20 coupon right after I placed my order and I jokingly replied that of course it would come after I placed the order so this fellow Justin said that he would get it credited to my order. Never happened.
