Grootmade formerly festingervault have made my life so easy! New ui is really slick. Better than ever.

Well in every company does have some ups and downs, but they are resilient.

Been using this tool since 2023 quite amazing, having access on most popular plugins and themes, another feature I like most is where you can request if it's not available on the library.
The best part is the white label features, where you can be able to own it the plugin according to your preference.
In terms of supports, they are very active.

Well basically all the 5 star reviews on this site are done by people hoping that their lifetime license (transferred from festinger vaut) will be activated. It's like a blackmail of sorts in order to restore the already purchased licenses. Whether they actually reactivate them or not I do not know! I would presume not. But as requested by their team I am also leaving a review on Trustpilot.

Good site! They’re building afresh.

Anyone who reads the reviews of Grootmade will probably wonder why there are either only good reviews or only bad ones. For a long time, I wasn’t happy with the situation either; it wasn’t easy for Martin and his team, and as a result, Festinger Vault was barely usable. We were promised that everything would turn out for the best, and I always believed that the time would eventually come!
The wait was worth it, and the new Grootmade is truly a professional plugin that meets my expectations. It was announced that existing Festinger Vault Lifetime users would not be migrated to Grootmade due to verbal attacks on the team. That caused some resentment. But because I showed understanding and patience regarding the situation, my Lifetime account was migrated to Grootmade after all. So, treating each other with kindness and respect is rewarded. Setting aside all the backstory: Anyone getting to know Grootmade for the first time now will see that it really is a professional offering.

An interesting service for testing WordPress plugins to assess the feasibility of a feature for client quotes. Once the quote has been signed and the plugin has been budgeted for, it can be purchased from the original developer to support further development.

I've been exploring grootmade.com for a while now (I'm a lifetime member since FV for 3 years now), and what really stands out for me is their plugin collection. I've never had any problems with the plugins I've installed. My only hope is that updates start rolling out a bit faster as the platform grows. Still, it's been a great experience overall and definitely a solid place to find reliable plugins.

This has been my go to place for affordable tools to build a website without overspending. After contacting support, they restored my licenses, which shows the admins are responsive, fair, and willing to help.

As long as my lifetime purchase remains honored, I’ll continue to leave my 5 star positive feedback based on this experience.

What crazy scammers!
The cheek of it! They get sued by Automatic, so rebrand from Festinger Vault to Grootmade. They tell lifetime members that they'll get lifetime access to Grootmade, then take it away. Then offer to reinstate membership in return for a review! Well how do you like this review?

Oh they want to play the "they're a competitor" card. No, I've been a "lifetime" member for years, long before their court cases with Automatic. They keep promising everything will be sorted, but it never is. Then finally they take away access and offer to return it in return for a review. If this review gets taken down then I'll publish the whole story with screenshots, so I suggest they think twice and change their tune.

Always had a great time with the plugins from Grootmade here, I have a lifetime membership and it served me good. I use it to try out plugins before I buy them.

Poor, I paid for a lifetime licence, now they will only give me a valid transferable account if I leave a Trustpilot review. Here is my review.

I am not a 'third-party competitor network' I am a person who purchased something from you and I am not happy with your service. You are festingervault acting as Grootmade. Your service has been awful with downtime, access issues, legal issues, and constant changes that have affected my account, access, and the service you offered.

I've even reached out to Paddle regarding my payment and the account I can no longer use properly, with the functionality that was advertised, but yet you do not respond to those requests either.

I Paid US$358.80 on Jul 31, 2023 and expect a working account, which I do not, instead I get a message about 'we’ve decided to restore your lifetime license here on GrootMade as a gesture of goodwill.' But only If I leave a review. I paid for a lifetime licence, I should not have to leave a review.

I have my invoice and the information I need to prove I am a client and not a 'third-party competitor network' as you state.

All I want is a refund or a fully working account! But you cannot provide either.

Great experience overall. The website offers a very good selection, fair prices, and reliable customer service. Everything was straightforward, and the support team was always helpful and responsive. I have had a Lifetime Membership for over 4 years now, and even the platform transition was absolutely no problem. Definitely recommended.

Very useful for the building of websites. The new update of the website and plugin are nicely done. The database of plugins en websites is enormous and they regular update it.

I started supporting them in November 2023 as a lifetime member. The experience has always been excellent, until the service stopped working. Even during the difficult moments, communication remained respectful and customer-focused, which I genuinely appreciated.
The issue did occur, causing a lengthy outage, but the team worked hard to resolve it. They encountered several problems, there’s no denying that, but they always demonstrated a commitment to finding solutions. What stood out was their transparency and willingness to take responsibility, rather than making excuses.
We are now at a definitive turning point, with the new service back to the same levels of excellence as before, and offering even more. The improvements and refinements clearly show that lessons were learned and acted upon, improving the overall value of the service.
Having a lifetime membership is no guarantee that the business offering it will always be active, so the fact that, despite all the problems, they were all resolved, and the commitment to maintain the lifetime membership was upheld. I don’t think others in their position would have done it; this is a sign of professionalism, against all odds!(It’s refreshing to see a team that genuinely puts long-term customers first.

I’ve seen how hard this team has been working for several years now, and I’ve been a loyal subscriber for just as long. I didn't leave Festinger Vault's side during the tough times, and I won't leave it now. In short, this site will be incredibly useful for you.
