Just tried my first Mug Cake.I didn’t think they would be anything special, but I was wrong, they are so delicious. Try them, I’ll certainly be buying more.

I'm really impressed with the mug cakes. I'm trying to cut down on sugar as I'm diabetic, but I have a sweet tooth and don't want to miss out on treats. The mug cakes are so quick and easy to make. The consistency and portion size are great, and most importantly, they're sweet enough to satisfy sugar cravings. I will definitely be ordering more products.

Tried the mug cake variety pack and very disappointed. They’re as bland as can be, each flavour is indistinguishable from any other. Even had my sister and nephew try it in case it was me but they said exactly the same. Salted caramel shouldn’t taste the same as gingerbread, but here we are.

So sickly over-sweet as to be almost inedible. I didn't notice the first ingredient was a sweetener - I think that means it is the biggest ingredient by volume? Eating keto means you get used to less sweetness, this would only make you crave it more again. Nice consistency and flavour and good nutrition from the egg, but I wouldn't buy any other products unless I knew they weren't so over sweetened.

My Keto bread came by post just as I was going to have lunch which was great (Poach egg on toasted keto bread .The bread was great loved it

Being a diabetic I find it hard to eat a decent cake without spiking my sugars. Also I don't eat eggs and been told to incorporate them into my diet. Groovy Keto mug cakes are the ideal solution! So easy, quick and so tasty as a treat. Just had my first chocolate cup cake. Just sooo yummy, I love them and got to stop myself eating another. Thank you so much! 💓

Until I found groovyketo eating Ketojenic was a struggle. I was missing to eat sweet food, cakes cookies, bread. I was spending lots of hours to find a recepy or buy lots of different ingredients to bake a Ketojenic cakes, cookies or a bread. The results were not same as on this cooking books or YouTube videos. Groovyketo cakes are delicious exactly like non keto. Chocolate chips and healthy sweeteners always in my cupboards. I hope groovyketo continue doing brilliant products and good service

As a newly diagnosed diabetic I had been trying to bake cakes using similar ingredients but they just didn't turn out as expected.I came across Groovy Keto cakes on FB advert and thought why not! To be honest at first 8 thought the price was a little steep for 12 buns, I ordered non the less.

Just followed the instructions on the back of the packet and when baked I tried one WOW, the explosion of lemon was so delicious so I just had to try another.
So now I have successfully baked cakes using Groovy Keto I guess the question is do I think it is worth £7.99 the answer is YES most definitely and would I buy again? Absolutely as a type 2 diabetic I now have access to cakes again.

I love Groovy Keto ! I am a regular and they are life saving products if you are a diabetic ! The cakes work every time and the scones are gorgeous. I use the wraps like bread and slightly toasted in the air fryer they are delicious with pate or cream cheese. Thankyou Groovy Keto !
