Grosvenor House Publishing Reviews

This is not the first book I’ve had published, but it has definitely been my most positive and enjoyable experience by far. The pricing is extremely competitive, the end product is even better than I could have expected and the communication has been the best I have experienced in any aspect of my life, let alone in the world of publishing. Julie is wonderful and should be used as an example of how to liaise with clients. Simply exceptional in every way.
I fully recommend Grosvenor House Publishing.

I have never published a book before and probably never will again, so you could say I started in a black hole, but Julie made it so easy for me, guiding me step by step and understanding everything I asked for. What I now hold in my hands is exactly what I dreamed it would be. And she never needed telling twice! emails were always answered very promptly,
and when the job was done, I said 'Is that it?' Finished? Brilliant.

I have just published my third book through GHP and have received the same excellent service as I did on the first two occasions. I have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars! And 5 stars to Melanie who was my main point of contact.

A fantastic company. Very helpful throughout the whole progress of my specialist book(s) on the subject of collecting the automotive mascots of Lalique. The latest edition was a particularly difficult process; however, we got through it in the end! Many thanks to Jasmine, Becky and all the team at Grosvenor House.

The staff are so thoughtful, supportive, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The book I published was complex in terms of layout, chapter heading ink drawings, fonts and cover but all this was managed with ease, at a very reasonable cost. And the finished book looked magnificent.

Jasmine was fantastic throughout the whole process, any questions or guidance I needed was answered quickly and a real pleasure to work with. very excited for the release of AT WHAT COST on the 8th of August, which wouldn't have been possible without Jasmines help and patience. Thanks

Thankyou Jasmine for your patience and guidance with the publishing process . I’ve felt totally supported on my journey and now feel extremely proud that my book finally has identity . Your professionalism shown throughout has been exemplary .
Forever grateful

I am thrilled to share my experience with Grosvenor House Publishing and Julia Scott who has been exceptional in every aspect of publishing my book, *Mila and Pixie’s Magical Adventures: The Great Pyramids of Giza*. From the initial submission to the final stages of production, their team has demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, dedication, and support.

Their keen attention to detail, coupled with their genuine enthusiasm for my work, made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Communication was prompt and clear, and they were always ready to provide valuable insights and guidance.

I highly recommend Grosvenor House Publishing to any author seeking a reliable and passionate publishing partner. Their commitment to excellence and genuine care for their authors is truly commendable. Thank you, Julia, for making my publishing journey a remarkable one.

I so grateful for jasmines assistant and support, my book being number 3 in best sellers for April 2024 is beyond my amazement and i would like to thank Jasmine her helping me turn one of my goals n dreams into a reality . And she deserves a lot of credit , also I would highly recommend grosvenor house publishing! I’m excited about publishing my second book in the future with their service

Obviously, GHP deserve 5 stars, but if I could give it 6 stars, the extra star would go to Julie Scott - the general manager who corresponded back and forth with me in the most efficient and professional way that anybody could ask for!

Melanie at Grosvenor House was brilliant throughout the whole time, from the planning to the production of the book.
She always took great care to explain what happens at each stage, provided sound advice on a couple of areas in particular and could not have been more helpful. First rate in everything she did, thank you.

This is the third time I have used Grosvenor for my publishing and I can’t praise them enough!!
Totally professional and committed to making the experience straightforward and seamless. Julie in particular has been very easy to deal with and kept me updated at every stage. A superb company!

What started as a self help exercise to help with my own mental health turned into a daily task to write a book to help others who have been or are going through similar journeys to us.
The writing bit was the easy part, but turning it into a book was a daunting task. That's where Grosvenor House Publishing and the excellent Melanie Bartle came in.
I had read so much about scam companies when you self publish but my gut instinct was to use them. Thank goodness I followed my gut on this one!!
Being my first time doing anything like this, I felt completely lost with it all. But from day one, Melanie guided me through an extremely enjoyable experience and turned my work into a published book.
Thanks to their professional and efficient work, I now have such a professional book that I'm so proud of and is beyond what I expected to achieve. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is starting out on their own writing journey.
Thank you Grosvenor House Publishing team!!!!!

I am so lucky that I found Grosvenor House! Searching for a self publishing service is so tricky as most places try to scam you to make it seem like you're getting a traditional publishing contract under the guise of a 'hybrid' service. Whilst others charge you a fee that does not reflect the service they would provide.

But Grosvenor House is different. Their fees are not only very reasonable, everything is upfront and clear. No hidden charges for extras, no agenda. You need a book printed, they will do it for you.

Right from the start when I had some extra questions Jasmin was so helpful and patient.

I was then assigned Melanie who was an angel. All communications were clear, friendly and professional. Everything was answered in a very timely manner and Melanie was so patient with me. I particularly appreciated her patience being dyslexic, publishing a novel is not the easiest task.

Every step was explained clearly and I have a brilliant final product. Despite there being a bit of a glitch at one point, Melanie kept me up to date and in the loop so I didn't have to stress.

If I ever self publish again, I will certainly be using GHP. Thank you Melanie and the team for making this such a seamless journey.

Where do I start? I am so grateful I found GHP when I first started my search for a publishing company. From my initial enquiry to the final product they have been absolutely amazing. I had many concerns, it was a daunting experience but I can't recall dealing with any company that was so assertive and responsive as GHP. I would like to thank all staff who were involved with the publishing of my book "Rewind" BUT have to give a special heart felt shout out to Jasmine Damaris who was with me throughout my journey. If anyone out there is considering self publishing I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you all at Grosvenor House Publishing! Sandip K Patel

Great value for money! A seamless and stress free experience from beginning to end. Everything is taken care of and all queries are answered promptly. Julie was patient, helpful, supportive and understanding throughout the whole process. GHP makes the self- publishing journey very easy; everything is explained clearly, step by step.
I couldn’t recommend highly enough! Concentrate on the content of your book and let GHP do the rest!

Absolutely superb! There are so many horror stories out there about self publishing - I'm so pleased I found Grosvenor House. Jasmine has been absolutely superb, putting up with eleventy million questions from me in the process, and always prompt in replying. This was my first novel, it's going really well, I've got the bug now and will be back to GH for my second - watch this space!

I have greatly enjoyed my first self publishing experience with Grosvenor House Publishing. Only really doing this for family and friends it has widened my experience and the help I have received particularly from Jasmine has made the whole journey enjoyable and opened up further possibilities to me

Grosvenor House are always expert and professional, the correspondence has been excellent throughout.

This was my first attempt at self-publishing but my third book. For some reason I had shied away from self-publishing in the past. However, money constraints chose my path for me and I could not be happier. Melanie and her team have guided me through each stage with both humour, especially Melanie, and professionalism. I would highly recommend Grosvenor publishing to any prospective author out there, whether it’s your first or hundredth novel, these guys know what they’re doing. The Legacy Series has found its home.
