Dr. Tim Sinnett was 10/10 brilliant!
Both my first operation for a leg fracture and the hardware removal a year on turned out perfectly, and I'm SO HAPPY that even after such a rough injury, my i'm back to feeling totally fine.
Tim always went through things clearly and reassuringly, making the whole experience and ordeal more comfortable. Highly recommend

I had a fantastic experience with Mr. White for a clavicle fracture. I actually went into the office not expecting to need surgery at all. Rather than pushing me toward a specific path, he took the time to walk me through my imaging and explain the long-term pros and cons of both surgical and non-surgical options.

Because of that level of clarity and care, I felt empowered to decide on surgery, and I’m glad that I did. The outcome has been great, and my recovery has been on track. I also want to mention the PA, who was incredibly responsive and helpful with every follow-up question I had. I felt genuinely well taken care of by the entire team. If you want a surgeon who prioritizes patient education and respects your decision-making process, this is the place to go.

I'd put off foot surgery for 8 years. Quite frankly, it was a right mess with 3 of the toes badly twisted. Mr Sinnett had to undertake 5 separate operations on my foot in the same session which was a very major challenge. It's now 3 months after the operation and I have minimum discomfort ,
I'm walking very well with good toe flexibility and If I'm diligent with my exercises I fully expect to be pain free and fully flexible very soon. At the very start Mr Sinnett explained the required procedures in an easily understandable manner and clearly pointed out both the risks and benefits of surgery and my chances of making a full recovery. He's relaxed and easy going manner was very reassuring and I would highly recommend him.

Tim Sinnett understood the ankle problem and gave a very helpful diagnosis and treatment route.

Mr. Dala-Ali was wonderful. He had an excellent bedside manner, explaining what the steps were, what we could expect in terms of treatment and recovery, and putting my son at ease. It was very easy to communicate with his office and arrange appointments, too.

I had an excellent experience with Mr Sinnett. From the start, everything was handled in a highly professional manner. He explored multiple treatment options, beginning with non-invasive approaches and injections before ultimately proceeding to surgery. At every stage, he provided clear explanations, thorough information, and thoughtful recommendations, allowing me to make informed decisions with a full understanding of the implications.

His secretary was also outstanding—always helpful, responsive, and made booking appointments very easy throughout the process. Overall, the care I received was excellent and it was genuinely a pleasure to be treated by Mr Sinnett and his team. If I ever require similar treatment for my foot in the future, I would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended.

Mark was able to guide me through my test results and explain possible treatments with clarity and patience. If in future I require surgery, these interactions give me confidence to proceed with Mark.

Mr Jones dealt with me after I tore my quad tendon which required surgery to repair. I would be extremely happy to recommend him and the rest of the team to anyone having leg surgery - he was knowledgeable and explained all the available options very clearly. Once we decided that surgery was necessary, he fixed the tendon and we had reviews at several points during my recovery. I found him easy to talk to about aspects of the treatment and his repair left me with a very neat and tidy scar and full use of the tendon.

Mr Tim Sinnett was fantastic in helping me recover from what was a nasty ankle injury. The surgery was done really well and the outcome couldn’t have been better. Really glad I went to him to sort it and am immensely grateful. Also he was very clear and helpful in explaining things and providing comfort.

The service from start to finish was excellent. All involved acted very professionally.

I am a 79 year old man and I was immediately reassured about my concerns of having a major operation when I met Mr Hislop, my surgeon. He was courteous, respectful and kind and explained in layman's terms the pros and cons of a hip replacement. I was most impressed by his bedside manner before and after the operation. He visited me the morning after which was a Sunday, to see how I was. As well as his undoubted skill as a leading surgeon in this field, all these things mean so much to somebody like me and of my age needing the reassurance he gave to me and my partner. We both really liked his manner.

I had a full hip replacement with Simon Hislop. I had actually been booked in to see a colleague of his but he then referred me to Simon, who wasn't expecting me that day but still squeezed me in as I had flown over from Jersey. Very professional in all aspects of his job. very approachable if I had any questions and took into consideration the sports I want to be able to continue doing now that I have reached the grand old age of 50.
6 weeks post op I am making great progress. As I said to him today, I could not fault his or the hospitals service. If this was a hotel I would be booking my next visit already. As it is surgery, I will probably wait till my other hip needs doing.

Just as I had been briefed by others - excellent

I can only describe my experience with Mr Hislop as exemplary. His diagnosis, treatment and post operative care were nulli secundus. Similarly, the overall experience of my hospital stay, was superb. I cannot fault the whole process as being the best one could hope for. Thank you so much.

My experience was one of comfort and understanding throughout my consultation and procedure. I was always aware of any risks of the surgery and always felt like I knew what was happening. Mr Webb did a great job and I left feeling like I had every chance of making a full recovery. All other staff I encountered were friendly and helpful which made the whole experience a pleasant one

Mr Webb has been a brilliant. I fractured my tibial plateau 22 months ago and he seamlessly picked up the pieces when I transferred from NHS to private care. Highly skilled and works with a great team (PA, anaesthetists..). Very much deserving of his excellent reviews.

What made it excellent experience is the way Dr. Tim was handling it i have received good explanation in the 1st visit of what he might think it is and after i done my MRI he explained to me the findings of MRI and what he thinks about it the hole thing i was informed and involved which made me very happy and understanding of what i have and how to handle it .
