My grounding mat came beautifully packaged and in very good time. It's helped my nervous system regulate during stressful days and has been amazing for my sleep schedule. I'd been trying to recover from jetlag for months and am now sleeping like a baby, waking up feeling refreshed. Couldn't recommend enough!

I received my grounding mat about a week ago and wanted to share my experience so far. I was a bit sceptical at first, but I’ve genuinely been pleasantly surprised.

J’ai commandé un tapis chez Grounding Essentials et j’en suis vraiment ravi. Dès que ma femme l’a utilisé, elle a ressenti les bienfaits, surtout sur ses jambes lourdes. Elle avait souvent des problèmes de circulation et de digestion, et elle a vraiment senti un mieux. De mon côté,je fais beaucoup de sport intensif plusieurs heures par jour, j’ai constaté une nette amélioration au niveau de ma récupération voire des performances en vélo qui ont progressé. En plus, notre chat s’est mis dessus spontanément dès qu’on l’a installé, et il adore. Je recommande vivement ce tapis ! Nous allons commander le drap pour bénéficier des bienfaits également toute la nuit.

While I've only been using the grounding mat from Groundingessentials for a short period of time, I am 100% sold. I'm a 62 year old cyclist always looking for an advantage but to be honest I was skeptical of the whole grounding concept. Still I tried the grounding mat from Groundingessentials and two things jumped out at me right away: 1. I'm sleeping much more soundly and 2. The pain I used to experience in my hips (I'm a side sleeper) doesn't happen anymore. Everything you need comes in the package including a region specific plug (I'm in the EU), and their customer service is fantastic with excellent delivery speed. First of all, when making your other purchases, be sure to also buy testing devices. WHY? Because even in grounded outlets, sometimes the grounding is indirect, not direct. Therefore, this important test is necessary to get the best and most efficient performance.

So I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first tried the Grounding Essentials Bed Mat, but I was genuinely impressed. Within a few days my sleep felt deeper and more restorative. I can honestly say that I’m falling asleep quicker, staying asleep longer, and waking up feeling far more energized than before.

I bought a 200x200 grounding sheet for my bed, having wanted to give this a try for ages (I work as a healer and am very sensitive to energies).

The sheet arrived as a 160x200 size, which fits my daughter‘s bed. I was so curious so I decided to keep it anyway and put it on her bed. Just sitting on it I could instantly feel how strongly it works - my 8-dear old, too! She reports sleeping a lot better and her mood is improved a lot!
Best of all, very kindly support immediately answered my email and even GIFTED me the erroniously sent sheet! I am now so excited for my big sheet to arrive and my husband is already jealous, too, so I am sure we will be buying more products in the future.
