I have been a member since April and have placed multiple group buys and a shop buy. My experience with both have been wonderful. Very helpful and for thr most part hood conversation. Theres always that ine or handful of people in the chat that is negative but i just scroll passed it. Admin is constantly in the char answering questions even tho some are very repetitive. I highly recommend to any that is looking for their products.

The best company and source out there with the best customer service. I received multiple orders with no issue. There is a wait, they are very transparent with the process. Overall, I recommend this company and will be purchasing more in the future.

I hardly give reviews but this company has been amazing. The selection of items available for purchase are extensive and the prices are unbeatable. The customer service is outstanding. I had a problem with a purchase and they are taking care of it for me ASAP. I have made 3 purchases so far and every single one of them have been smooth and super easy. The community within GBK is unlike anything I have ever been a part of. There is not another company in this field that I would trust as much as GBK. Good products, awesome customer support, on time shipments with tracking, a great community, and an ever expanding product selection. What more could you want?

This is the only “over the pond” source I trust. No sketchy payment methods/whatsapp/telegram groups. One of the most well developed websites/platforms I have ever encountered. Built in 8x testing. Trusted vendors that do in house testing before shipping and have never had a product fail a single third party test. Competitive pricing. If you want to pay dirt cheap elsewhere and risk being scammed, getting fake product, or coming out of pocket hundreds more dollars to third party test yourself, be my guest. If you want quality, consistency, reliability and buyers assurance, go with GBK. Yes, shipping does take forever. But they are very upfront and transparent about shipping times, it’s all over the site and they make you take a module reiterating this before joining. The people who who complain about this are idiots because why would you purchase knowing shipping takes x amount of time, then complain when your order hasn’t shipped yet and it’s still well within the timeframe they give you?

Excellent source of research materials, see some complaints listed and it seems there is a major comprehension deficit from those individuals, everything is laid out in black and white when you sign up regarding testing and the very few instances of a substitution. GBK is not a ship from stock source, they simply act as the go-between for overseas suppliers and end users. They do an excellent job at that! No complaints on my side, several buys in and everything delivered as promised!

I joined this community at the end of May and just read everything on the site and watched the chat. I ordered a sample in the shop first just to test the waters. I THEN ORDERED FROM THE GROUP BUY!. Its very clear how long it takes for product to be shipped and ive never had an issue receiving my product from my group buy or the shop! GBK is amazing. If you want grey prices, products that are tested, a community that feels like family, the $10 a month is well worth it. Different payment options so you aren't messing around with something you don't know how to use. Very reliable with 13 orders in. May 29th my first order was placed. I have successfully ordered from here 4 times. Two group buys and two shop orders. I really appreciate how transparent the admin is, one of my orders was taking longer because of a chinese holiday so they shipped me a partial order at no extra cost. I especially appreciate the testing, they just upgraded to a 9 panel test and they test 7 vials of the same product. No one else does that. Also the benefits are fantastic, if you refer a few people then you get store credit and free months of membership. Ive been a loyal customer for 5 months now and will continue to shop only here.
