This website is absolute scam
This website is absolute scam. They sent me a completely defective CO2 controller and now they won’t reply back email AND THEY HANG UP ON PHONE CALLS. They charged me $230 and now they tell me they can’t do anything.
They were contacting me and messaging me over and over when the order wasn’t placed yet. After placing the order and receiving a defective controller, now they ignore me and won’t do anything about return and refund.

Dishonest, accusatory customer service. I had a packag lost. There were many conversations with their customer service & they were unwilling to do anything to help me in the short term. They then came back several weeks down the road & said that fedex ruled my package was delivered correctly & it must have been stolen! I know that was not the case. As you can tell by this whole page, this company is willing to go to incredible measures not to replace problem orders. I would never do business with them again.

Recently attempted to purchase 4 oscillating monkey fans. The total cost of the fans was $140.00. The website indicated they were in stock. The order was initiated on 7-12-21, a week goes by and I receive an email indicating that they were not in stock and they would be able to ship the items the following week. They offered a substitution but I was not interested in it so I did not reply to the email. (The fact that I did not reply did not mean they were entitled to just sit tight and do nothing until I responded. ) Three weeks go by and no communication from Growace. I call the number listed and wait on hold for 15 min only to have the person who answered hang up on me the second they picked up the phone. I called back, waited another 15 min and then I got someone on the line. I indicated that I was no longer interested in the fans because they lied in their email to me about when my order would be shipped to me and I would like a full refund. I waited 10 min on hold only to have the guy come back and ask me if I would be willing to take a substitute (I already sent an email earlier that day that I was not interested in the substitute and he had full access to the email chain). I told the person that I was no longer interested in a run around and I would like a full refund. The person places me on hold for another 20 min and comes back and tells me my refund was processed. Then to add insult to injury the person attempted to place blame on me by telling me that in the future I should call ahead to make sure such products were in stock because a great deal of time was wasted (on their side) dealing with the troubles of this order. So basically... their lack of proper representation of their inventory on their website was somehow my fault. The total time of this call was 54 minutes.
I would highly recommend not ordering from this site because it appears they were going to attempt to take my money and never fullfill my order because I didn't respond to their email. I am not sure these people understand what is legal when it comes to being an online merchant. I am pretty sure it isn't legal to offer things for sale that you don't actually have in stock and then place the order with their supplier after they have received your money.

They are complete scammers.. if I could choose 0 stars I would. I have place a order on June 5th 2021 and it is now August 8th 2021 and I have yet to receive my order or my refund. The call center is no help at all they give you the run around. I filed a claim with my bank and they are refusing to provide the documents to my bank. This is one of the worst companies I have ever ordered from. Thy need to be shut down and reported.

Horribly run business all they are is telemarketers they get an order and they call other companies and tell them to deliver to you been waiting 3 weeks for my order 3 weeks so I can send it back false advertising bought a package said it that said it had dual lighting too late they decided that they didn't need that much so now the 4x4 grow package is under powered
The budgrower same 4x4 dual lighting, 2 600w $600 cheaper!!!

Earl with customer service is terrible and several phone calls with him regarding a chiller I was ready to purchase told me to call him back I did several times left several messages he insisted that I ordered it on the phone with him kind of fishy.

Stay Away- Fraudulent Crooks.
Stay Away. Professional scammers. Website looks real authentic, customer service friendly, helpful and reassuring. They even have a section for wholesale orders that looks so legit (I once owned a retail store, so I am very familiar with wholesale requirements).
My order took almost a month to come from California to New York State. Okay, that's purely ridiculous, but I could have dealt with that. What I can't deal with are two defected nonworking grow lights.... like most consumers who were ripped off by this VILE fake company, my products didn't work. They stole about $100.00 from me & then I had to replace them (tossed into the trash) from Amazon, delivered in two days and working without any issue.
I have been buying off the web, since the day it all started. I never have been ripped off. Lesson learn... search for reviews on unknown e-commerce stores. Shame on California, for allowing such fraud.
No I didn't bother calling this company about my broken grow lights. Why bother? They would just weasel their way out of it. They do not reimburse anyone. They have no intention of reimbursing those they knowingly rip off.

I wish I could post my info here. But anyways I purchased a 10in by 10in by 10in T and was told it would be about a week. Well that is not the case they have lied to me still haven't had any information or contact me with anything. Did not let me know it was on backorder. Then promise me last week it would be here by Wednesday. Well it won't be here by Wednesday because they haven't even got their shipment yet and they don't know when. I spent so much time on the phone just trying to get my air conditioning going here in Florida for my parents who are elderly. Now with the 10"T nowhere in delivery site they will not refund my money. This company is a joke. Straight up lie.

Scam, find a different company. After ordering my product and taking my money, haven't shipped product or have any explanation for going on three weeks. Have received a half a dozen automated promotional emails but have no way of communicating after taking my money. Slick setup
Good Overall Experience and Best Price
I actually had a good experience. My item (grow light) was listed as in-stock, and shipped within a week of my order. It was sent FEDEX at no extra charge and I received it within 2 days of shipping out of PA. It looks like I'm in the minority, but I would order from them again. The light works great so far, and their pricing was ~$20 less than Amazon or Walmart.com.

As everyone else says, terribly ran shipment department. Wish I would have read reviews before placing my order. Ordered jan 8th, still haven't received item. Took over 3 weeks to get a tracking number. Theyll blame covid and make it sound like its out of their hands, but not realize that people have ordered online from many other places and didn't have these issues. Theyll tell you they put you as their top priority, but after years and years of terrible reviews, they still haven't addressed the issues.

Then when I called to cancel they said they wouldn't and hung up on me. I'm already beat but believe me when I say do not use this company absolute garbage. Still never received product either.

The product listed was top quality. The item description did not list leaks and problems. Item description did not list extremely poor quality Chinese plastic injection molded parts. Customer service only provides excuses and problems. A total waste of my time and resources. Lighting my money on fire and watching it burn would have been more fun. Flooded house and excuses and problems from seller. I spent hundreds of dollars and only needed to replacement rubber grommets. Only got excuses and problems from company.
